Got me a cake for my birthday. Checked in on me to check any needs. They took the time to help with whatever we needed.the staff was so polite and remembered us individually. I would definitely use Arbour hotel again.

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly. Every time I came or went, the staff greeted me with smiles, welcomes and open doors (literally). Beautiful rooftop bar / pool area and excellent breakfast layout at the restaurant. Even the little things like being able to connect my YouTube account to the TV in the room was a plus. I can't think of anything I would change.

Stayed in higher floor premier room , Perfect hotel , spacious and clean room, big bathroom , excellent location , everything is just with in a distance of 10 -15 mins walk . you get what you see in pictures - balcony is a small space you can only stand but still decent enough to get fresh air and enjoy the view very very welcoming staff at reception - special thanks to always smiling Mr. AMP . i was travelling solo - and had a great trip definitely coming again

Front desk staff: i paid for an ocean view room and when i went to the front desk to talk to them about it they told me that it IS the right room but there is no ocean view. Everyone at the front desk was curt, uncooperative and borderline rude. None of them wore any nametags and even after asking them gor their names, they refused to do so. It took me almost a FULL DAY to work with Expedia AND the hotel to try to get a refund on the remaining nights. The vibe of the hotel is SO BAD and UNWELCOMING that had originally planned to spend 5 days and 4 night, i checked out the very next day.. This was perhaps the WORST front desk / reception experience EVER. They were completely unapologetic and god forbid never even cracked a smile or said ANYTHING that felt remotely welcoming. This hotel is a sham, the front desk is AWFUL, they have lied about their rooms. The rest of the staff especially the people who help with the luggage were SUPER KIND and nice.. I used the washroom on the ground floor and it has an approach with 2 sets of single steps that You may end up missing and falling flat on your face like i did… NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN !!

My first stay in Pattaya was during the off-season so the prices were criminally low. It was supposed to be raining the whole time but we were lucky with no rain. The luck of the weather plus the uber pleasant experience at the Arbour really magnified the joy of this vacation. The staff is impeccable with service and smiles galore. The view from the rooftop pool, the sauna, cleanliness, and the convenience of location makes this a place to revisit in the future.
