Very nice spotless hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I must say the neighboring hotel plays loud music, which obviously Grace hotel has no control over it. Maybe next time when I stay over there I'll write a complain that Grace hotel can take it to their municipality/city

Shower leaked, clean up took a while and they left the door open so mosquitos got into the room. Blood stains on the pillows and door of bathroom. Room phone did not work. Slow drain shower and sink and none of the rooms have a place holder for shampoo soap in the showers. Crack paint in the ceilings and the room door does not automatically close and also I can hear even regular conversations in the room next door. Worst part is you talk to the staff and they didn’t care. I tried to get the manager but she not available. Worst stay ever. Intent to ask for money back. Worst of the worst. Not once you get the sense this hotel cares.

Good location, No problem for food and entertainment during Day or Night. all within walking distance. only problem was the Bathroom floor tiles feel slippy after shower, recommend to have a Anti-slip mat on floor.
