Welcome to Villa Adriatica, a newly built Villa on the island of Pašman, part of the Zadar island archipelago. The Villa is located in Dobropoljana, a neighbourly village of Pašman county, and is only 40 meters away from the beach.
Villa Adriatica with it`s 180 m2, lays on a charming 500 m2 plot and features a house with terrace and pool. On the ground floor there is an open-concept space consisting of a well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and a cozy living room. The living space has a direct exit to a covered terrace – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a evening glass of wine surrounded by your family and friends.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all of which have an individually controled A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional half bath is also available.
When it`s time to meet up and enjoy the outdoors, you can enjoy a refreshment in the heated swimming pool, spend quality time on the covered terrace, or prepare a family meal in the BBQ area and enjoy it in an outside dining area.
The beach is just 40 meters away and features sandy and pebble parts. There are 4 parking spaces on the property. The house has SAT TV, A/C and Wi-Fi throughout. The Internet connection is Starlink - currently the fastest and most reliable solution.
Pets are welcome with an additional charge.

perfektes Hideaway
bei diesem Ferienhaus stimmt alles: das Haus ist in echt fast noch schöner als auf den Bilder. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das umzäunte Grundstück eignet sich toll für Reisende mit Hund und es gibt zudem Parkplätze für zwei Autos. Unter dem Haus gibt es einen wilden Strand wo man mit Hund baden kann. Die Infrastruktur im Ort ist perfekt: Strandkaffee, Restaurant und Supermarkt in laufnähe. PER - FEKT!!!
