I paid to use the pool and it was dirty. I paid for the jacuzzi in the room and it didn't work and the room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. I had a terrible night.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed. Room was dirty and the smell was awful! Bathroom was dirty, all I could smell was clorox and yet it was nasty. No breakfast as advertised. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Needs improvement!!!

It was so easy to book. Peaceful atmosphere. The pool was closed for maintenance but besides that all is well. Great WiFi. Comfortable beds. My room had no tv service but I had my iPad so I was able to stream peacefully. Would recommend. And will definitely book again in the near future.

First I was given a room on first floor it had a heavy smoke smell, I requested a new room, second floor room was noisy shower walls had 4 different color tiles. Everything is old and dirty.

So many bugs it wasn’t even possible to sleep here. Spent $190 and got no refund. Staff were extremely rude and area was very scary. People screaming, holding up knives. Customer service is useless

Service very poor , staff very pleasant, we stayed 2 night 3 days 4 adults only 2 bath towels, never came to clean room or pick trash, I had go downstairs to request for towels gave 2 very thin light towels with marihuana smells . I gave up . The smell of marihuana was bad every day anytime .
