The staff was amazing. You can tell the hotel was taken over from the la Quinta to Ramada. The fitness center was awful as nothing works in there at all. The pool was listed as unsatisfactory so no one was allowed in the pool area. The back door to get in the hotel was broken so no card key wasn’t needed to get in meaning anyone can get in there and just walk through the hotel.The linens had hair in it from a previous guest. The bathtubs were dirty. The juice dispenser for breakfast was out so they only had orange juice in a container. They did have a snack machine and frozen dinners for sale. I’m guessing once they fully get a chance to renovate and get this place up to par it does have potential, but I wouldn’t stay here no more than one night.

It's the worse I stayed in years. The AC unit was so loud, like waves crashing on seashore all night long, even when we turned down the temp. The bathtub was dirty, like it has not been cleaned. The window face parked cars so if we open the curtain everyone can see in. We booked 8 nights and was given a room without a dresser to store clothes. A light was broken. Closet door stuck. When asked to change our room, the front desk staff told us that all rooms are without dressers. But the next night she told us we can change to another room. We changed to a room with a dresser and a cleaner bathroom. However, a dresser's top drawer face was loose and clothes would fall out if we're not careful. We told the front desk and it was never fixed. The dresser also has big dents on top. 4 nights out of 8 the door card would not work and we have to go back to front desk to have the door card reactivated. I stayed in this hotel several years ago when it was Laquinta brand. I had a good experience and that's why I choose to stay in it again even though the rating is low. I have to go back to NJ every month to take care of a sick relative. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The girl who’s there almost daily treats it like her personal hang out..if you have a corporate team, id be embarrassed this represents the hotel. And rude as hell goes without saying cause it’s the norm there

The rooms are acceptable, but the corridors, carpets, walls, and doors give the impression of a C-grade hotel in a third-world country. Guests smoke inside their rooms, and the central air conditioning circulates the smell throughout the building, making the environment extremely unpleasant. The water heater does not work properly, adding further discomfort to the stay. The dining area feels dark and unhygienic, resembling an unclean, neglected house rather than a hotel facility. This is absolutely not what one expects from a Ramada by Wyndham property.

My initial booking for this place is for 10 days and as soon as I got there I felt uneasy, not safe and to top of it hot water wasn’t working!!! I had to run the shower for 30 mins to be able to shower, that too is in cold water in the middle of December. So I checked out that same day, within hours of checking in. And when asked for my refund they said they will gladly do it and just charge for one night although I didn’t spend a night there, I was ok with it. It’s now almost a month and they keep making excuses as well as not picking up their phone. Finally they said they return the money to Hotels.com and I have to get my refund from them. Hotels.com is saying they don’t have a refund nor is the hotel picking up their phone so I lost $900 bucks!!
