Is a nice small hotel, good parking lot, good slow EV charger. Swimming pool is small, but water is crystal clear, jacuzzy without hot water, but it's not cold though. Rooms are good size, clean and modern. It is not front beach, and you need to walk for it. You need a car if you want to go for beach, restaurants or places out of the hotel, 10 min rides. Breakfast is awesome, typical and good portions, restaurant is kind of limited, but chef knows his art. The best of it was the staff, young commited people to solve anything you needed, Nelsie and Mariana at front desk, and Yarid at restaurant works the extra mile to make you feel at home.

The hotel is pet friendly it's just that the management staff is a disaster. They changed our room to go with the dog; I understand that, but they kept us waiting for 20 minutes and they closed the restaurant for us. They didn't clean our room but they never told us what we had to do to receive the service. The Zoco restaurant is another point of improvement and it is better to say that they do not have olive oil, before bringing cooking oil. The Hotel is good; bad service.

Just passing through, we stayed one night. Didn't know what to expect on arrival. But soon realized that this place is special and amazing. The grounds are so beautiful, the staff was so nice (thanks Julianna) and the food was incredible. The room was huge. We unfortunately got the non-updated room next to the pool that was noisy during the day but super quiet at night. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and would highly recommend Costa Pacifica. Thank you all.

pros- This hotel was conveniently located, had very kind staff and on first look seemed to have all the amenities we were looking for. Cons- 1- the wifi cut out frequently 2- the taps in the bathroom (sink and shower) never got hot or cold, they just stayed room temperature 3- the people who did our check in and check out didn't speak much English, but we got by with google translate. Not a huge deal but definitely different than other places we stayed in Costa Rica And 4- The Roosters. Every night, starting around 230 AM the roosters would start to crow and continue until morning. The room must not have been insulated well as there was 0 blocking of sound, making it sound like you had a rooster in the room with you making it impossible to sleep. Overall would not recommend.

The attention was excellent, at reception, the people who clean, the restaurant, everyone was kind and proactive. The cleaning of the rooms, swiming pool, and the gardens was excellent as well. The rooms need more maintenance. A wall in the bathroom was a little broken and the pipe to wash your hands is not tight to its position, also one of the shower doors was broken. Also we need more trees on the parking space because the cars need protection from the sun and there are just a few spaces with shadow from trees. I will also appreciate some chairs outside the rooms with garden view, so you can enjoy and stay there some time if you like.

A pleasant surprise.

We were pleasantly surprised when we happened upon hotel costa Pacífica. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lots of space for kids to run around plus theres plenty more- swings and trampoline. The pool and hot tub were clean. The rooms were basic but clean with hot water and good AC. And it’s within a short walk to the beach. A nice place to stay for a few days.

Hotel to stop for a night

Clean room, really old decoration, small pool but clean, It looks a motel than a beach hotel. Hotel decoration or jardens not existing. It's safe, great breakfast and not so friendly staff at the reception. It's ok if you are in the road at night and just want to sleep to keep going.
