It is equipped with a mini refrigerator, coffee machine, bottled water and dishes. We start you off with the basics (some sugar, coffee, and tea). There is a large kitchen on the pool deck so feel free to bring your ingredients. Alternatively, we can pick up the grocery items you request and bill your room. The rainfall shower awaits you after your 1.5-mile trip to the beach. Additionally, the villa has three other adjacent ensuite rooms and a 1 bedroom suite on its 1-acre manicured grounds for your consideration. Our lap pool -40 feet long- and many hammocks provide the perfect complement to the bird watchers paradise on the property. Over 80 different species of birds call this area home. Bird watchers can spot the endemic Trinidad motmot, the streak flycatcher, the blue-backed manakin and many more. Stop by the many hummingbird feeders on the property and take a picture up close. Guests can see agouti (large guinea-pig like mammals), iguana and other exotic flora and fauna present in the Main Ridge Forest Reserve. The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
