The place we stayed in was excellent, new and very clean. The rooms were very spacious with lots of closet space and the beds were wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again.

The amenities were in good condition. We had a bit of trouble with the door lock system but the neighbour showed us how it worked. So no problem after that. Andrew was very accommodating with our special request for arrival a couple hours early. We were undergoing a reno in our Parksville home and needed something close by to rent. Everything worked out well.

All We Hoped!

We had a fantastic 5- day stay. We loved the accommodation, the location, the accessibility - generally loved everything. We were hoping for a great place, close to or overlooking the ocean, spaces to walk and explore and convenient access to dining. All turned out!

Canada Day 2024

We try to come over every year for a bit of a family reunion and this is the best place we have found so far. Still a bit of construction going on but I’m sure that will be over soon. Everything we needed was here.

Amazing place!

Loved everything about this place! Great location, super clean and new. Lots of space for everyone, comfy beds! Stayed for 4 nights with my sons baseball team and it was fantastic, kids loved the pool and the beach. Can’t say enough good things about it. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply to answer any questions. Will definitely be going back.

Family Stay

We had a great stay - the place is great. However cleaning was not great- you could see dust that had been missed on bedroom furniture and the secondary bathroom toilet was not wiped clean. Minimal supply of toilet paper, hand soap and garbage bags.

Comfortable Clean Townhome

Very nice unit complete with everything you need. Comfortable beds, linens and furniture. Great bathrooms. Kitchen has all the tools you need to cook except basics like salt, pepper, sugar. Pool looks nice. Location is close to beach, restaurants spa and nice walks. A bit noisy due to construction.

Memorable family vacation

We walked in and the townhouse was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and tastefully decorated it had everything we could’ve needed salad bowls, barbeque items frying pans it was honestly perfect so close to the beach for the kids to come up and down and the pool was great. Nice lawn chairs that we could lay in and watch the kids. The pool was open till late, which was wonderful because we went back around 9 o’clock every evening for a hot tub. The kids spent their days back-and-forth from the pool back home back to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, equipped with nice sheets and blankets. The air conditioning in the unit was great as it was pretty hot outside. We had such a great time we want to rebook for next year.

Nice stay

New condo nice amenities very clean. Construction all day right outside the back , can be loud if trying to sleep in. No view. Beach access is the next resort over so plan on driving or about 10 minute walk. Overall fine stay but there may be better options around. There is free coffee at the main resort that was not communicated so we bought grounds for the coffee maker. Wifi and cable options great. Beds are very comfortable.
