The stay was fine. The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was big and senior ready. The complaint I have I couldn't make coffee in the room and the coffee in the breakfast area was awful. Other then those issues, every was fine.

Clean. Quiet. Excellent front desk service. At check in, I always request a room that meets certain standards... (example away from the elevator in addition to a couple other things). This time the twist was the same for 3 rooms. The gentleman at the front desk met all my usual requests and put our rooms together. Small deduction for the tv remote having dead batteries. But I've learned to carry my own batteries when traveling. So it wasn't a problem. Great price. Definitely recommended.

Newer facility in a good location. Could have been cleaned a little better as I found a dirty towel hanging on back of door. Also couldn’t do laundry because it required cash which they couldn’t provide.

We reserved an accessible room to accommodate my husband that’s in a wheelchair, but we’re told upon check in that the only accessible room they had was already booked. Owner told us that it would have been better to book with him directly instead of using Expedia. However, this was a drive thru stop to Canada, so that’s not a feasible option for booking on the go. The owner called the guests that had reserved the accessible room to see if they truly needed it, turns out, they didn’t so we were accommodated. The room was very clean and the bed is comfortable. I would encourage the establishment to reconsider how they offer their rooms through 3rd parties like Expedia and perhaps remove “accessibile” from their room description if they are truly limited to just (1) room for disabled guests.
