Great time at the Canyons

The location of the home was perfect. The terrain at the Canyons was great and the ease of putting kids in lessons in the morning from the house was fantastic. The layout of the home worked great for our stay. The house was clean, everything worked and was well furnished. We had an exceptional time and would absolutely stay there again when visiting Park City.

2022 Ski Trip

The place is amazing!!! The pictures in the listing do not do justice to the views and location. The condo was immaculate and had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans you could need to cook for a large group. All of us were very happy with the condo and would recommend it highly for all.

Excellent home

We stayed here over Christmas break with our family of 7 and it was lovely. Plenty of room, very clean and had all the amenities stocked that you needed. I would definitely stay here again. Two things that aren’t negatives but just to be aware of : 1. Any delivery service (food, groceries, ski rentals) had a very hard time finding how to enter so it took upwards of 2 hours for delivery. Again, not a negative but just to be aware if you are the family that enters delivery a lot! 2) I think because there wasn’t much snow when we were there, the access to ski back up the house was closed so we had to park at the base each day. The access to ski in would have been doable but it was very icey and steep so we opted against it. If you were to go when there is snow then this absolutely wouldn’t be a problem. Would highly recommend.

Lovely home, perfect for a multifamily adventure

Lovely home, perfect for a multifamily adventure. Very clean and high quality linens. Lots of sleeping options for families with kids at various stages. The kid bunks downstairs as well as a huge pullout downstairs. There was also a twin air mattress and a pack n play available. The master closet is so large we were able to pop the air mattress in there to create a sperate room for one of the kiddos. Truly a ski on / ski off. You exit the back door and can ski down a short hill to either the Orange Bubble or the Gondola. At the end of the day you take the Over and Out lift and shoot down and around towards the Apex. We arrived a bit early and were able to safely park in the buildings garage guest parking. There are facilities within the clubhouse if you need to change or store luggage. Only two, pretty minor watchouts to note: 1. LOTS of steps. If you are staying in one of the two upstairs masters you are 4 flights of steps away from where you need to exit the home to ski. There is also a set of tricky stone step from the back door down to the run. Definitely not at all a dealbreaker and the multi-levels of the home are part of the beauty and charm, but feel it’s important to note for anyone where steps may be a concern. Second FYI – they appear to operate a fully cleaned out kitchen. For those used to rentals where you generally find some basic spices, pantry items, etc. – you will not find that here. Again, not a negative – just a good to know as you shop in advance

Apex Condo's

903 is the best condo in the Apex Residents. Best views, easy ski in/out literally right out the back door and to the lift. Clean, beautiful and worth every dollar. We will be back next year.

Very responsive host. Quick to resolve any issue. Lovely place to stay. Radiant floors in mater bathroom nice bonus. Place for skis. Hot tub on site. Tubs are extra large perfect for soaking. Love the fireplaces. Several TV’s. Kitchen had what we needed.

True ski in/out with easy access to the lifts. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Easy to get to the hot tub/pool/kids game room.
