This condo is certainly located in an ideal location. It is a cozy 1 bedroom ground floor unit, which has both pro's and con's: being on the lower level makes it easy access with ski equipment, groceries, etc, however, the ceiling insulation did not adequately quiet the noise/footsteps from people directly above.
The kitchen was equipped with enough new dishes and cookware for the number of guests this unit could accommodate. The queen size bed was comfortable. The fireplace provided added heat when we wanted it while in the living room. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower area was clean, but dated. The unit had been painted, but there was no attention to detail - areas around the draperies hadn't been finished, the baseboard painting was sloppy, etc. I would say that it was a Partial Renovation, and the unit really requires a full renovation.
We usually stay in more upscale properties and would definitely not describe this unit as "exquisite", as stated in the listing.
The Canyon Link shuttle is convenient.
The management company was one of the best. Very good communication and information, making the stay stress-free.
