After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in your private hot tub and soak in the fresh alpine air—luxury, comfort, and location all in one perfect mountain retreat.

Nestled above Main Street, this lower Deer Valley/Old Town property is tucked against private space offering the ultimate in privacy, while location isn’t sacrificed.
*Just 3 minute walk to the transit stop to head to Deer Valley, or Park City Mountain
*5-7 minute walk to Main Street
*Garaged parking with reserved spot
*This is a hilly location with two flights of stairs from garage level.
The Space –

The whole space has been gutted and meticulously reimagined for the 25-26 ski season. This modern mountain masterpiece is ready to steal your heart.
*Dining room table has seating for 6. Counter seats another 2-3
*Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, blender, crockpot, dual coffee maker (drip and Keurig) and everything you need to prepare the perfect meal for a large group.
*A start of Local coffee and filters will be provided.
*Salt, pepper, and olive provided. Other spices and condiments may be onsite, but are not guaranteed.
Sliding door to patio with large hot tub, propane BBQ, outdoor couch and gorgeous mountain views.
Upstairs King Master – The upstairs is dedicated to this spacious bedroom with king bed with luxurious linens, an en suite bath featuring dual vanities, spa like walk in shower and soaking tub. There is also an area with a desk for private meetings away from the noise of the main floor.
Main Floor King Bedroom – King bed with lux linens, 50 inch tv and small desk.
Main Floor Bunk bedroom –Handmade twin over queen bed with 42 inch tv.
Main Floor bathroom has spa like tub and shower.
*All bathrooms will be stocked with Trader Joes Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash.
