This multi-level townhome boasts an open-concept kitchen/living/dining space downstairs, and three bedrooms 2.5 baths upstairs. Furnished throughout with West Elm and wall mounted TVs in each room. The master bedroom opens to a covered balcony with bistro table and has an en suite featuring dual sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub.
An updated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and convenient eat-in bar/serving area with seating for three. The living room also feature a gas fireplace. Enjoy the BBQ and outdoor seating and dining on the private fenced in patio.
There is whole home water filtration along with Reverse Osmosis water in the kitchen. There is a full sized washer and dryer on the lower level. Newly installed Tesla Wall Charger inside Private and secure garage parking with direct access to the unit is available for one car. Additional outdoor guest parking directly adjacent to the home.
We have a local handyman and cleaner who are available in case of emergencies, but we don't live locally.
The Park City Bus system is free with access to two different lines less than a block away. No amplified audio on the outdoor patio.
When checking out, please make sure to leave all dishes and kitchenware clean. (No need to empty the dishwasher when clean.)

Fabulous!
We had a delightful stay here. The home is very thoughtfully well-appointed, with pertinent labels that make it easy to navigate things like lights and automatic window shades. The furniture and bedrooms were all so comfortable. The location was good, and access to the walking paths very easy. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, and Eric was responsive to the one or two questions we had. It's one of the best VRBOs I've stayed in. Thank you!

Awesome Property Close to Everything!
This townhouse is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes from Park City Mountain and 10 min from Canyons. We enjoyed cooking meals as a family and had enough space to invite over another family for dinner so we could all be together after a day on the slopes.
All of the technology worked great, including automatic shades on all windows and the two stall garage was awesome. The fireplace was cozy and the downstairs kitchen/dining made for a great office when I had to do some work early in the AM before others woke up.
Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
Overall, 10/10 but it would be an 11/10 if it had a hot tub on the patio! :)
