The location is good. The price, all things considered, is reasonable. Members of the management staff I communicated with by email were courteous and as helpful as they could be. Those are the good things. Now for the other side of the ledger ...The apartment is small, and suitable for one person only. The bathroom was obviously at one time a closet, and it's about as comfortable as that suggests. I was not informed until I had already paid my rent that the apartment was on the fourth floor (fifth floor, by an American count) and that there was no elevator. Above all, I will never again rent a property in Paris that does not have a manager who is accessible in person or by phone. The practice of requiring keys to be collected and returned at a laundromat is highly inconvenient, and potentially worse. If, for instance, your return flight is early in the morning, and you are trying to arrive at the airport a couple of hours prior to your departure as is advisable, you might have a problem -- you can't get started for the airport until 7:00 at the earliest, because the laundromat doesn't open until then.
