For the price ... it is a decent place. It's very tiny for 6pl as we booked the two bedroom and living space. How you have to retrieve the keys is a bit of a nightmare. They send you to a location away from the apartment and with children and luggage it was an ordeal. We have a few mishaps with our stay but they are very quick to respond and fix it. I dont think we would stay again due to the having to pick up and drop off keys in a different location but if you aren't bothered with that then for the price and what you get, it's a worth a stay.

We stayed for 2 and a half weeks in a 2BR penthouse apartment. The apartments are all located on the 7th floor, every other floor below has a business or two which were only open M-F. There is an elevator to get you to the 6th floor, then about 15 stairs up to the 7th floor. I think the property manager lives on the ground floor. Our apartment had a washer/dryer, small dishwasher, large dining table and chairs, large TV, sofa/bed in living room. We chose not to cook dinners but there was an oven and cooktop as well as a fridge, plenty of cookware and utensils. Beautiful balcony, gorgeous view over Paris rooftops. Bedrooms had TV’s and generous closets, comfy beds. One separate toilet, one bathroom with shower over a spa tub and double sinks, and one bedroom had a shower and sink in it. There was air conditioning and heating but we didn’t use either. We ate out every night as there were so many restaurants nearby along with galleries, shops, trains stations, buses etc. all just a short walk (15 mins walk to the Louvre). It was the perfect location for us to enjoy all of Paris. The evenings were quiet which was perfect. Secure building close to everything we needed. We absolutely LOVED our stay.

When we arrived in our room I could not believe my eyes!!! This was not an apartment it was basically a room with a fridge and sink on one end and a bed on the other. I tried calling the concierge and no one ever answered a phone call. They did whatsapp us after a few hours and said that the room I was in was the only room they could give me for 3 days. When we moved into our new room it was like a 2 bedroom apartment, what luxury that we should have had from the start, esp consisdering the photos they showed on Expedia!! After 2 days we started noticing red bite marks on our arms, legs and torso which turned out to be bedbugs! The representative for the property denied this was possible! There was no internet as stated and we could not get the television to work at anytime as it kept asking for a code. Even when we sent a picture via whatsapp they still told us there was no code! If you have young children this is not the place for you as in the evening hours our street turned into a dance club every night so keeping the windows open at night was not much of an option. As far as location the Louve is close by, Notre Dame is a 15 minute walk. I would not stay in this district again. Overall our 10 day stay with this place was not pleasant but Paris itself did not let us down.
