Very small, very well-designed rooms. One floor was in process of getting new beds. My bed was very comfy. Staff was all good and spoke enough English to be helpful.

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve made thru Expedia. I made several requests from the property contact message to direct me on how to get to their property upon arrival at CDG via hotel shuttle servicesbut did not get any response As a result I’ve struggled to find alternative transportation to get to the hotel close to midnight. Upon check in in the room , a strong chemical odour lingers in the room and the room was very hot and not climatically conditioned for the guest I’ve experienced a lot of inconveniences especially on the second night when I was awakened by banging and screaming noises at 2am at night disrupting my sleep and my wife. I texted the hotel regarding the noise but there was no response from them. After half an hour I decided to I call the hotel reception spending money to call long distance to complain about the noise. I slept poorly after the noise situation which raises my stress level and spoiling my vacation.

The room was very small and the bathroom was wet bath type. Floor gets wet when showering . Felt like I was in a camper or on a boat. Air conditioning did not work. TV volume would not go above 25. Could not hear it.

The management is terrible and the customer service is zero. In case any problem happens in terms of payment or other stuff, never expect them to collaborate. Very rude, unresponsive and uncooperative. I wish I could give them zero star.

Its ok for a one night stay Air conditioning barely works TV had volume control set at 25 so couldn't hear the tv is the AC was running. Would not stay here again and would splurge on one more expensive. If on a tight budget then it would be ok

Loved how quiet the room was even tough there was action happening in the street every 5 minutes. It was very convenient transportation wise : bus stop available around the corner , transportation available to and from the airport . Mall very close by walking. But keep in mind that room is extremely small, not the cleanest place but was greeted with a new mattress, comfortable. Not many place to open your luggage. A great option for a very short stay .

We stayed 4 nights. FANTASTIC experience. I always do my research but this was last minute and already booked before I read the reviews. I was so nervous. But after reading from BOTH parties, I felt ok. First, room is small if you are expecting US style hotels, this is NOT for you. Myself and 2 teenagers fit perfectly with 2 big suitcases, 1 carry on and 3 backpacks. Second, the bathroom is small. However, if you don't have the shower pointing at the door, you won't get water on the floor. Just a little common sense. Third, if you are trying to add more people, DON'T. There is a valid reason why they ask how many adults and children. My daughter and I are big girls and fit the double bed perfectly. We rach had our own side and were fine. My son fit on the twin top bunk perfectly. Fourth, ALL employees were so nice and friendly. I knew 3 french words, not lack of trying believe me. They appreciated our effort and we appreciate their time and patience. We were always greeted with a smile. Thank you for a GREAT experience.
