I stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. For the last 10+ days there was no WiFi. The staff advised it was a problem in all b&b hotels but had no timetable for it to be fixed. The breakfast was inconsistently prepared with eggs sometimes cold and bacon occasionally looking like it’s been through a nuclear war. If there was a large group they struggled to keep up.
Expedia offered a paltry refund for the internet issue, however for the amount spent on this reservation ($3,500) they fell woefully short in the customer service department. They claim to have contacted the hotel about the issue and that there was none. However, when I asked the staff they claim to have never been contacted. The staff also claim to have tried to contact Expedia on my behalf but I’ve heard nothing further in that regard.
Overall I’ll not stay at a b&b property as I need WiFi for work and they seem to have a company wide issue.
I’ll try my hardest to never use Expedia again as they can’t seem to contact their own contracted properties or lie about it when they do.
