My experience at the Novotel Orly was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I have been debating about posting as I was promised a 50% refund from the manager due to all the issues I experienced, but because now, the management team is denying my request and pretending none of what occurred did, I am providing this warning. On the first day of our arrival none of the streaming services worked on our tv, nor did the mirroring opportunity to mirror our laptop/phone. Only the French channels embedded in the tv worked but because we are American we did not understand French. The remote needed batteries as well. A worker came up to one room to “fix” the tv/remote but I the apps still did not work. Day 2 the technical support came and still could not fix the “issue” and were told it was hotel wide, and this could not move rooms to solve the problem, due to this we were promised a discount on the room. Day 2 late night we came back to the room and our door was left open, room service came in and hallway cleaned our room. Did not pick up the glasses we drank out of that belonged to the room, did not replace toilet paper, or clean the restroom at all, did not empty the trash, and half way fixed our bed, we were left without a comforter, had to call downstairs to get one, we were not provided new towels. Again, our door was left open as well, anyone could have went in and stolen our items. Day 3 a strangers panties fell out of the robe my bf was about to use for the first time
