Great accommodation for two adults and two teenagers who need their own space. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was user friendly and clean, neighborhood was perfect for walking and restaurant access. Host was quick to reply to any check in challenges we faced. We missed that we couldn’t check in until 5, which is a pretty late check in time, but they let us drop our bags while the cleaner was there, which we REALLY appreciated. Def would stay again and highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect. Tons of places in walking distance. The host was very accommodating and even messaged us with their favorite restaurant recommendations! Very quick to respond if we had any questions. Very detailed explanation how to enter and exit the apartment. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I wanted to mention: on the site it states “2 bathrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets”. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 showers but 1 toilet in one bathroom and 1 bidet in the other bathroom. Not 2 toilets total which was tricky for 7 of us staying in the place. We made it work and would define recommend this for anyone visiting Paris!

Super helpful and accommodating host. Very responsive to questions and request to check-in a couple hours early. Unit had plenty of blankets, towels, dishes, two coffee makers (drip and pod), toaster, iron, hair dryer, etc - great to have at hand.Unbeatable location close to great food, shopping, multiple metro stops, and sightseeing. This was a perfect spot to explore Paris from!Had a couple of minor idiosyncrasies- only one set of keys for four adults required a bit of advance planning when we were all heading off in different directions some days. A few items showed some wear and tear, (lose faucet knobs, curtain finial that came off when closing bedroom drapes) but when we pointed them out, owner offered to have them fixed right away.Still can’t figure out the usefulness of the bidet when there was no toilet nearby… that one was a puzzle to us. It’s really 1 full bath and one shower/sink room - single toilet for the entire unit which I believe is in the fine print, but we were a bit surprised. It didn’t really end up being an issue as we never had waiting.

The host was very welcoming and answered all of my questions both before my party arrived and after. The location was excellent just a fairly short walk down to Hotel Deville area, nice restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of towels and clean linen. There were two light fixtures in one of the bedrooms that did not work, and no one repaired them after I notified the management. The refrigerator was broken, but was replaced as soon as possible. All in all, it was a convenient location and I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely quiet apartment on the 3rd floor (FR) overlooking a small quiet courtyard on a very small, quiet street. Yet just a short block or two from the Marais on one side and Les Halles on the other. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. Very comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely consider a return stay.

convenient location

Check in was easy. Check-in person kept telling us that this is how Paris apartments are. Well, I’ve stayed in 2 others which were very nice. Problem was that we specifically wanted 2 toilets which is what listing showed but one was actually a bidet. We were told not to use much hot water since water heater takes 24 hours to refill. I don’t know why apartment doesn’t have a tankless water heater to deal with this problem. It is nice that there is an elevator. Place could have been cleaner. Why they didn’t leave any hand soap or dish soap is surprising. Doesn’t cost much but makes first day much easier. Beware, there is graffiti on buildings but area seemed to be safe enough.

This property surprised me that it had been rated so high. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags while the apartment was still being cleaned - this was very much appreciated. However, I could not get over a smell the apartment had - in fact it is the whole building. It is an older building - but even with the scented oil throughout the apt. it never went away - so it was too strong for me to even want to cook. We booked very quickly and it was a good apartment - walkable to most places in the city.

Excellent Location

My family, friends and I had the opportunity to stay at this property during the Olympics. Excellent location and easy access to train. Plenty of eateries, shopping and grocery stores. Quaint cafes and shops. The minor issues with the hot water and live tv were fixed by Bal. He was attentive. I only have it 4 stars overall because, we were unable to watch the Olympics when we got there but it was fixed. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic flat in a fantastic location!

A group of 5 friends stayed here for a few days during the Olympics and we could not have asked for a better stay! Easy check-in and communication with our host, amazing central location providing easy access to all Paris has to offer, as well as boulangeries, cafes, and shops all within steps of the flat. All was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All of us would absolutely stay here again.

Live like a Parisian

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was nicely decorated as shown in the pictures, clean and near shops, markets, restaurants, a local Boulangerie and train lines to get to various parts of Paris. We could imagine that it would be really nice to live in this apartment and in this area. After we arrived the host also quickly responded to any concerns, example a shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken and fixed within hours. A very nice apartment for someone to stay in and live like a Parisian for a while. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great for getting around by foot or metro. I had a blast staying here with my 4 daughters!
