Won't recommend it to anyone. Horrible checkout experience at 4.30 am in the morning when no one was present at the front desk in spite of informing the previous night regarding the check out time. The staff didn't make us feel welcome in Paris. The front desk people lacks knowledge about basics of Paris. Highly dissatisfied with the hotel, it's service and the rooms.

Lovely hotel (especially the interior), good location with friendly and helpful English speaking staff. It was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute boutique hotel. Would stay again.

The Kopster is a very cute boutique hotel. The beds are very comfortable. However, two things that weren't good were that they allowed pets. A family kept leaving their dog alone in the early morning. It kept barking excessively for 25 to 30 minutes straight until the owners returned. The second bad thing was that Uber drivers kept dropping us off and picking up down the street. The actually address of the hotel is not what is on their marketing materials. We never did get the correct address that Uber drivers could find.

Great hotel to stay in Paris France.

I love this hotel and it was clean, the service was great and the rooms were so comfortable. Also, there showers had hit water all the time. The train system and metro is literally across the street. Also, you can literally see the top of the Eiffel Tower out of the window on the hallway of the hotel. If I travel back to France, I will choose this hotel again.

Fabulous place to stay

Such a qwirky Fantastic hotel in the city. Metro station right outside which made travelling about really easy. Staff very welcoming. Rooms spacious, looks recently renovated, showers excellent.

Good hotel, 20mins travel to central

Service: Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception when we check in. Staff also acknowledge us when we walk pass throughout our stay. Room: Clean, spacious. Only feedback is that our room is handicap friendly. Hence the toilet door has no raised curb and the bathing area is on flat ground. We need to be mindful when bathing, not to let the water flow out of the toilet into the carpet room. Location: Quiet. Has a good chinese eatery down the road and a nice bakery opposite. Near to the metro station (Balard- last station of the line), travelling to central takes about 20mins.
