Too Far & No Communication

When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. When we got back, we realized the dryer was full of linens which repeatedly got in our way. We did laundry and after two cycles in the dryer, we realized there was several months worth of lint in the lint trap, preventing our clothes from drying. We also contemplated how we would get out again if the kid wasn’t around. We had a good plan to scale the wall! The Jacuzzi was nice, but we missed a shower. Resources were scarce, & it’s kind of funny that the host asked to let them know when we arrived safely…however we asked for several things, including how to get out, & the Wi-Fi password & never heard anything!!! Luckily we were able to use Google translate to figure out there was a button to exit. We expected limited space, but the water heater took over 1/3 of the kitchen & the stove slopes south, which made cooking tricky. Overall, we would not stay here again. It is far away from everything and the tenants are uncommunicative…. Especially with something as serious as being able to to get out. On a positive note, the mint body wash and patio are nice!
