Super clean, and communication with my hostess was top level. The place was a little bit tricky to find, for whatever reason Google maps put me nearby but not on the main street, so keep that in mind. Once you’re there it’s the door inside on the right, that took me a couple tries, and when you’re leaving, there’s a button to buzz yourself out. I’m not accustomed to that system so I didn’t know to look for a button. I like doing some basic cooking when I’m traveling and there were enough supplies for me to do that. The bed is super interesting, it goes up to create living space and then comes down when it’s sleeping time. It was close to two metro stops. It felt comfortable and safe.

I had a lovely time during my visit to Paris. For such a small apartment, it’s been set up quite well. Estelle was lovely and communicative and even sent videos to show how everything worked. For accessibility purposes, it’s on the third floor of the building and the bed is up a small stepladder.

Kleines aber feines Studio mit vollstĂ€ndiger Ausstattung. Die Lage war sehr gut, mit genĂŒgend Restaurants, SupermĂ€rkten, BĂ€ckereien, etc in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Metro war auch angenehm zu Fuß erreichbar.

Estelle and her husband are very nice people and helpful. The location was very good. Only 2-3 mins away from the nearest metro station.Two large supermarkets and at least 4 boulangerie near by and nice restaurants. The only problem was the bed. The bed was located on the ceilings. I had to pull down the bed when use. The bed stays about 1m above the floor level, so I had to use steps to climb on the bed. While the bed was down, I couldn’t use closet since it blocks the closet door and access to the kitchen was difficult. You have to go under the bed.They sent me a video how to use the bed the day before the arrival. If I had known about the bed, I could have a second thought.There was a TV in the room but often had problem to watch TV. I wonder if it was because it was internet TV and had problems with connection lots. In fact, I found difficulty to use WiFi sometimes. I also wondered about the cleaning fee which Virgo charges automatically for long stay. I was expected some cleaning service but there was none while my 12 days stay. If you don’t mind about the bed, it is a nice place and the price was good.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Estelle. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig, fußlĂ€ufig gibt es BĂ€ckereien und Restaurants, die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Estelle lief perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Au premier coup d'Ɠil, on voit que les propriĂ©taires ont mis le prix dans des matĂ©riaux et Ă©quipements de qualitĂ© : lit, cabine de douche, wc, plaque cuisson, vaisselle, hotte, porte trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©e.... etc, etc..... séjour de 3 jours à Paris

Merci à Estelle pour son accueil. L'appartement est petit mais trÚs bien agencé et bien équipé. Le quartier est calme et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. TrÚs pratique d'avoir Carrefour City et Picard en face de l'immeuble. Métro et bus à 100 m. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. On reviendra.

SĂ©jour d'un mois parfait

Le séjour chez Estelle était parfait. Le studio est petit mais tellement bien agencé que je ne m'y suis absolument pas sentie à l'étroit pendant un mois. C'est propre, tout s'y trouve et Estelle est aux petits soins. La communication était au top, en cas de besoin Estelle répondait dans l'heure. J'ai beaucoup appréciée ce séjour dans ce studio bien situé et mignon comme tout. Merci beaucoup à Estelle et Frédéric pour tout, je reviendrai avec plaisir et sans hésitation !
