It was clean but I do not recommend it. It seemed like a hotel run by a family. I had to ring a door bell and wait for someone to open the door in order to come and go, they added additional taxes at the conclusion of my stay, and they made a copy of my passport.

I didn’t like how I asked for a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed. After traveling all day the last thing I wanted to do was rest. The guy wrote down some room number to show me and the first one he showed me I just decided to stay there (another room with only 1 bed) I was tired and exhausted. It’s annoying having to deal with that stuff after a long day. Like why are you showing me another room with just one bed. Ridiculous.

The property was in a great location, and the price was very fair. The rooms were recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. However, the lobby was still under renovation, and was a bit inconvenient and the construction noises were very loud. But I assume in the future this would not be an issue.

Decent hotel for the price. The double bed is actually two twins pushed together so not the best for couples. Bed not that comfortable either. Kind of far from nearest metro stations. Staff was friendly. This hotel has the smallest lift/elevator in the world. Overall ok, not the typical quality of a Best Western I have experienced in the past but it is typical European hotel...small.

Walking distance from multiple train stations. Easy check-in and check-out. You can opt to have breakfast included, for additional charge. Location is walking distance (20 mins) to Eiffel tower. Hotel is outdated with small rooms (if you are carrying 2 large luggages, it will be very hard to fit inside the room and have them both opened). We requested for a double bed and got 2-twin beds put together, which moved when we did, so it wasn’t comfortable for a couple. The heater/ac keeps on shutting down. Wifi is weak on the 6th floor.

Please please scrub the bathroom tiles it’s full of mold. Black stuff all over. I can even rub it out with my fingers. I don’t think best western do not take time to scrub the tiles. They just wipe the floor down and change the towels. It was gross taking a bath. I wish I had a spray to clean the tiles in the shower.

This hotel could use a face lift.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The location was good close to the subway, Shopping and 20 walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was extremely small for 3 people. The shower need to be sprayed down with bleach and scrubbed. The light to 1 side of the bathroom mirror was burnt out.

Perfect location in a part of Paris we had not stayed in before. We enjoyed the easy walks, good restaurant's, sense of "neighborhood" of where the hotel is located and it was only a short, all be it with Parisian taxi drivers "expensive" distance to the riverboat cruise we were taking.

Street is a little noisy but I guess that is expected based on the location. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Staff was friendly although late in the evening the doors were locked and had to wait for the evening attendant to open for us. This worried us the first night. They should prepare you for this and to expect it if out late into the evening.

I booked this hotel looking at the brand name of "Best Western" and it was so disappointing and a bad experience. The AC was broken and not working since July 2018 and it was not informed to us. The rooms were very hot and dusty. The fans were of no use. It was also removed and then i had to request it back. There was maybe only one fan and it was rotated between different rooms daily, based on who asked it first!!!! Couple of the hotel staff were very curt and borderline rude. They did not help people who had issues with the hot rooms with no AC or fans. The rooms are very small and is suitable for only one person. This hotel is best booked maybe during winter when no AC is required, for ONLY ONE person per room and if you plan to be outside 90% of the time. Do not expect a good service.

Hotel is not 3 star, bathroom had mould on the ceiling, reception area is clean , nice breakfast area. Worst part was morning receptionist tried to charge for full breakfast, though we only had express, virtually accusing us of lying, would not recommend.

This is in a great location. I was able to walk to the eiffel tower. The room was clean. There is no AC but it had cooled down right before I arrived. The staff ste friendly and helpful. The street noise is loud until late at night. I wore ear plugs and it was not a problem.

This hotel has slipped badly

First of all I had great expectation from best western hotel but this hotel is not worth spending money. Rooms are small that is ok in place like paris but AC units didn't work and on checking with manager , she said that it was already informed to hotels.com but nothing was informed to customer. Staff was good but manager didn't responded very well to queries. Place is ok to stay but you can get good others hotels near by. This place is not worth spending money which doesn't provide amenities which you paid for. Neither did hotel compensated for the trouble we had without AC in room when it is too hot in paris in summer. Had great expectation from best western but this hotel has slipped badly. Didnt had good experience while staying.Definitely not recommending my friends.

Deceiving but room nice and location able to walk

'the hotel was in a local area but was easy enough to navigate around from there. The hotel pictures are deceiving, lobby was hot rather be in room relaxing,bar what bar served very little choices and was told no ice. the morning breakfast room was not outside just a inside room with plexi glass for light to come through. We didnt spend much time at hotel so these points didnt really matter to us. The room its self was fine and had to balcony which was nice.
