I do NOT recommend, nor would I stay here again. Safety & security are questionable. The property has a single access door, ground level on a busy street, that can only be secured with a deadbolt. The deadbolt can only be operated with the key. So, if an individual or small group wants to leave the property, while others stay in the property, either the door must remain unlocked or those inside the property must be present to lock & unlock the door for those leaving. In an emergency, imagine having to scramble for a key to get out safely.Maintenance is terrible. The freezer is frozen solid. Several shelves in the fridge are cracked or completely broken. The dishwasher (I think that's what it is) is on a broken shelf, so unusable. Curtains rods fall if you pull on the curtains at all. Light fixtures are dangling from the ceiling. Some light fixtures have broken glass. Stovetop is cracked.The property is advertised as being suitable for 6 occupants. There's enough hot water for a 3 minute hot shower. Not sure how 6 people are supposed to shower with such limited hot water capacity. For just 1 person to take a warm shower, they had to constantly turn the water on & off during their shower to avoid running out of warm water. I mentioned it to the owner & they simply replied, "be patient."The motion lights will drive you crazy.The only positive is the location.
