The bed was luxuriously comfortable, the linens crisp and fresh, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. The hotel is in a prime location. In walking distance to so many restaurants, cafes and shops, and super close to public transportation. Every staff we encountered were super nice, always willing to help. The staff were always very helpful and cleanliness in the hotel was excellent. Was disappointed with the room on the whole. It was very tired looking and didn’t look anything like the photos online. There was one small wardrobe but no drawers so I didn’t bother to unpack. The shower was over a bath, with little or no support to enable getting in and out, really an accident waiting to happen. Staff did eventually provide a bath mat.

The location can't be beat. The staffs were kind and professional. One issue we had was that someone was smoking below our window - which happened to be right above the entrance of the hotel lobby. They should have a sign prohibit smoking right in front of the hotel. In addition, the elevator is PAINFULLY slow. Especially during the check out hours when the cleaning crew and guests are all trying to use the elevator. Over all, it's a very nice and clean hotel with great staff. I hope we will get a room with a better view next time.
