A la réservation il était indiqué que la piscine couverte chauffée ouvrait début avril, à notre arrivée ce n'était plus le cas pour cause d'entretien (c'est dommage surtout quand toutes les piscines des campings alentour sont en fonctionnement), nous aurions aimé être averti, surtout que c'est la piscine qui nous avait fait valider notre choix de logement. Il y a un snack/bar avec des heures d'ouverture très limitées car ce n'était pas la haute saison. Sinon RAS, en ce qui concerne le logement très bien, peut être mettre un peu + d'assiettes/verres/couverts ce qui éviterait d'être obligé de faire la vaisselle à chaque repas mais en fin de journée.

Quelle déception d’avoir sélectionner ce logement pour ses deux piscines, le sauna ainsi que le jacuzzi et d’apprendre à notre arrivée que ces équipements sont indisponibles car en travaux…. Cette annonce est donc pas correcte et du coup le prix bien moins attractif…. Nous attendons une réponse d’ABRITEL pour ce désagrément…

Séjour de 2 semaines à Parentis en Born

Logement propre et espace agréable. Petit bémol la table et les chaises de jardin très abîmés mais qui devraient être changés prochainement. Pour le reste, si soucis, le problème est réglé immédiatement. Un personnel très agréable et réactif, que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant. Une bonne ambiance familiale. De très bons cuisiniers également. Un endroit très calme avec accès à deux piscines (dont une avec toboggan) ainsi qu'à un lac très proche (5mns de marche). Une suggestion : placer un banc à côté du casier à chaussures à l'entrée de la piscine, pour les enfants ainsi que pour les personnes âgées. Un transat de jardin par logement serait apprécié également afin de profiter de l'espace extérieur. Grandement apprécié : réservation faite tardivement avec une demande de rez-de-chaussée (personnes âgées sortant d'une opération / en attente d'opération pour la deuxième personne) qui a été respectée. En résumé, nous recommandons cet établissement très bien tenu. 👍
