1. Locating the dome property and the dome itself was very challenging. We drove back and forth, up and down an unlit road dirt in search of a sign, or an address for over 45 minutes. 2. The Wifi network for our dome did not function for the entire time that we stayed there. We were given a second option, but no password so we had no wifi until the next day. Then it too was on/off. 3. The hot water never worked the entire stay. We were eventually offered an opportunity to shower in another dome. 4.There was never any maintenance worker nearby to resolve such issues immediately. Someone did eventually come to work on fixing the hot water but then left leaving us without any water at all. The water eventually did start flowing again, but only at about a quarter of the pressure than before. And the pressure issue was never resolved before our stay ended. 5. The skylight was also a big problem. First and foremost for the safety issue it presented. The skylight unit itself is coming out of its encasement and seems likely to fall. Secondly, the automatic blind was not working and so at 5am every morning the entire dome was lit with full sun. 6. We also could not open the blinds on our dome because the windows were so dirty. 7. We could not use the outdoor pool because there was no maintenance on it and so it was disgustingly filthy. I have photos if you would like to see them. I have tried to resolve these issues with the host without luck.

The biodome itself was clean and very unique. The property (communal kitchen and pool area) was unkempt- the BBQ does not have an igniter and the pool was dirty and unusable. The walk to the beach was nice and everyone was always very helpful. Lots of wildlife!

Lovely stay had by all. Domes were spacious and well equipped with comfy beds and all kids cons. Air con was brilliant! Shared outdoor kitchen had lots of space and was under cover and close to the domes. The pool was deep (circa 145cms and had a natural Tarzan swing which the kids loved. We had a great suggestion for a local tour from the manager and the cafe and the Italian themed shop was very convenient. Playa Órganos was just was a 5 min walk with a view to Tortuga. The monkey highway above the domes was super special as we saw baby howler monkeys. Would highly recommend.

Das Personal antwortet zügig und freundlich, leider würden unsere Probleme aber nicht gelöst. Im Zimmer fehlten leider Bettlaken (nur 2 auf 4), Handtücher (4 auf 5) und in der Küche fehlten Salz, Zucker und Kaffee. Die elektrische Herdplatte taugt nur zum Aufwärmen aber nicht richtig zum Kochen. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Die Einrichtung edel. Die "durchsichtige" Plastikwände sind leider so dreckig, dass man nicht durchsehen kann. In der Dome ist tagsüber sehr stickig.
