Lamentablemente después que Hotels confirmó mi reserva, la persona encargada me comentó que me habia enviado un mensaje confirmando mi llegada, el cual no llego a mi correo, y debido que yo iba a llegar a una hora más tarde de lo habitual llame al número proporcionado por Hotels y comunique que llegaría más tarde de lo habitual a lo cual el dueño me dijo que no había problema, al llegar a las 7:30 me comunico la persona encargada que como no confirme mi hora de llegada dieron mi habitación a otra persona, lo cual me molesto de sobremanera
