So upon checking in, they notified us that the pool was not working and that it should be working the next day, which would’ve been Christmas. However my entire stay the pool was not working. Also, there was a leak coming from the bathroom in my room I contact them 7 PM that day. It was not fixed until the following afternoon. I was not compensated for this issue. Furthermore, there was construction being done, which left a loud banging sound for 6+ hours a day. The hotel knew the pool wasn’t working and construction was being done and not once did they notify us beforehand. My Christmas was ruined.

The Hotel is under renovation and there is constant noise starting at 7 in the morning. The General Manager failed to rectify the situation. It was a terrible experience, unless of course you like the noise of jackhammers at 7 in the morning. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
