Come stay on the 8th floor in my beautiful 2.5BR/3BA condo with bunk room and queen sleeper sofa. It is completely furnished featuring a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room and a separate bunk area and all 3 have their own full size bathrooms. Also, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room or queen air mattress whichever is preferable. There is a 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and in master and 42" in guest bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. A full size kitchen with granite countertops with stainless undermount sink and a Chef's kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need including Cuisinart cookware and crock pot too.. Tile is throughout and ceiling fans!

Pier Park is half mile from Tidewater and Frank Brown Park across from Pier Park. Spring 2025 Dolly's Pirate show theater, Top Golf and Feburary McGuires opening by Pier Park too! It did not look like the condo had ever had a good cleaning. It was just nasty. The balcony furniture was coming apart. This was the second time we had stayed at Tidewater. The first time was not a good experience either. We will not be back for a third time.

I had an overall wonderful stay, and the host and rooms were great. One mark down for the facilities elevators, gym, and construction. Surely issues that will be working better in the near future.

Missed the mark!

Tidewater in general leaves a lot to be desired, if you are going to try to relax. The facilities are just ok clean, you spend lots of time trying to get from point A to point B, and it can take up to an hour to get an elevator. We stayed on the eighth floor and took the stairs the majority of the time, because of the elevator debacle. So you need to be in good shape if you choose Tidewater.

Worst Condo I have every stayed at

When we arrived, the door to the dryer was broke and after several text messages, we were told to use a butter knife to open it for the remainder of our stay. She did attempt to order a new handle but that failed. The front door never required a code/badge to enter. The door was always unlocked. The condo was dirty. There was a coat from previous occupant hanging on coat rack and another item of clothing balled up between wall and dresser. Under the bunk bed, was dirt, pencil, gum, wrappers, battery etc and one of the support boards was broke. The bottom side of mattress was riped so we were unable to utilize the beds. Because of this, we were forced to sleep 5 people in two beds. We made it work but was not worth the money we spent. The dust was terrible, stained bar chairs. In the master bathroom they had leaky faucet that had a container collecting the water. The towels stored there were damp.It was not worth the money at all. We came with 3 other families, and their condo's were beautiful. Clean and spacious. They could not believe the condition of our condo. The staff at Tidewater Resort was friendly and kind but I cannot say the same for our host.

Perfect Spring Break

This place was perfect for our stay! The bunk area bathroom is way bigger than the pictures portray and almost a third bedroom really. The beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as we expected and beautiful. Loved all the amenities and Sherry’s responsiveness with questions we had. Will definitely be back!

The condonwas fine. Our issue was with the elevators. The wait endured each time we needed an elevator was ridiculous. All the other guests we had to wait with had the same complaints. I mentioned my frustration to a security guard at the desk amd his comment was "Don’t expect it to get any better!".

Girls' Getaway

The overall stay was great. The onsite staff was amazingly helpful! This is one of my favorite beach destinations, and this trip did not disappoint. The unit was nice but could use a little updating. The shower in the second bathroom is a little small due to its shape and could be wonderful with a little remodel to utilize the wasted space in the opposite corner. Also the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. I actually cleaned feces from the front of the toilet in the 2nd bathroom and you can see an accumulation of dust on fixtures and wall art.

I was not able to go to my planned vacation due to my work in disaster releif, but my friends were able to go. They loved this unit! Beautifully decorated, the owner was so responsive and pleasant to work with when I explained I had been activated due to hurricane Helene. The unit was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location.

Yearly family beach trip

Family had a hard time with the elevators. Only 6 working for 30 floors. Staff security guard was extremely rude. Man renting surfboards very rude. Rest of staff nice, as was our condo host! Sheets in 2nd bedroom had hair on them. Floors filthy, socks black. socks were black and dirty.

Tidewater Resort

It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms with grown sons and a Fiancee. As was warned elevators are slow during high peak time but taking the stairs wasn't bad. Very nice to have a 2 beach chairs reserved. Shelly Collins was fantastic about getting us set up for the condo with codes and answering any questions we had.

Very comfortable condo. Beds were awesome. Needs a deep clean, bottom cabinets were dirty inside and out,. Bathrooms baseboards, grout and caulking needs some attention. This could be a superior condo but it’s obvious the cleaning crew doesn’t pay attention to details. I do. Great pots and pans but very disorganized and hard to access. Basically some updates are needed and possibly downsize furniture in living room area.
