Disappointed

The lobby was beautiful and the staff outstanding, but the rooms were a major disappointment. We had to switch twice due to strong moldy odors and even found a dirty toilet in one. One morning, the water cut off mid-shower. The only pleasant scent was in the lobby; upstairs smelled musty. While the staff and food were great, the hotel rooms desperately need upgrades. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

The staff at this property works like a well oiled machine. It was very refreshing to see a work ethic that we do not have in the United States. Even the manager of the dining room was bussing tables. Very impressed. Staff was outstanding. David was awesome as along with the rest of the front desk, staff was great. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it.
