RewriteWonderful hotel with great staff. I particularly want to shout out Karen. What a lovely front desk staff. Very accomodating and she did it with a smile. The location was perfect. Although not in Casco Viejo, it was only like a $4 uber ride away. It is connected to the Albrook mall which has lots of shopping and food. Will definitely stay here again. However pool was small and extremely crowded

Coffee machine wasn’t working. They took it but never returned any. Laundry room the floor was totally wet when using the dryer- health hazard. My kids had to wait almost 1 hour to get towels by the pool. Also 1 waited until 2 hours one night for room towels. Bought breakfast on Christmas Day at the restaurant and it was horrible. The day kids under 12 eat free buy I still had to pay at the end of breakfast. Bad service

This hotel accommodated my husband and I at the last minute. Due to the prior booking we had to relocate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit further from Panama City then we would like. But we were grateful to find somewhere to stay due to it being a 3-day holiday. Would definitely stay there again. Everything you need is in this one location.
