Owner of the condo is no longer responsible for collection of parking cost. Once confirmed booking with us, we will send a link to pay for parking permit which is $40 with convenience fee per stay roughly round 42-43 dollars.

Our Condo 206 is spacious and equipped for up to 4 people, but has an adequate sleeping space for Max of 4 adults or 2 adults with two young child under 12. Kids over 12 r considered as adults and will require to wear resort wrist bands and additional fee may apply. Please reach out if there is any questions.

Other condo 305-- listing number 1611316- sleeps four as well, max of 3 adults. U can also take a look as well if there are not any available dates in 206.

** RARE Find ** Reserved parking is right outside of building skyway entryway. There will be no need to find parking space during summer season. Your family can also skip the elevators as needed to avoid crowd and wait time and we have added seasonal beach chairs with Go Beaching company from March to Oct 2025. This is possible saving of up to 55 dollars/day. Don't hesitate and book with us.
