Property was very nice & clean. We went to dinner at times and ate at the cottage, we do wish there was more cooking utensils, such as pans for oven, measuring cups, etc and a freezer. Overall we had a great stay and was a perfect getaway for 2!

Parking Problem

We enjoyed another of many great vacations at Rosemary Beach. It has been our destination of choice because of the many conveniences, one of which is front door parking. This time, however, the owner chose to DENY US THE PARKING SPACE next to the carriage house on Saturday evening. This resulted in us parking across the street, resulting in a security guard knocking on our door at 10:40 pm, and us having to seek another parking space, because THAT owner wanted access to his garage. If we had not been denied the convenient parking, throughout our stay, that we'd enjoyed in the past, we would have given another excellent rating.

Ideal location

This spot was perfect for us. New to 30A I was not sure if where I chose to stay location wise would be ideal, but this was perfect! So very close to the beach! Short distance from town and to get dinner across the "highway." We LOVED having the bikes accessible as part of our stay and having the lock at the ready. We loved how clean the room was and it suited us well. Felt like we had enough space.I think the listing somewhere said 2 bathrooms, but it has only 1. Liked having the washer/dryer available although wished there was a hanging rack & tray to hang wet suits or washed delicates.

Great getaway spot and awesome location!

Our first time to the area, we wanted to have as much in walking distance as possible and this location was great. Very responsive contacts to address our questions. Listing said Queen bed but had a nice surprise with a King, they must have changed it recently. We will definitely look at this location to return to!

Beach Weekend

We stayed 3 nights in lovely Rosemary Beach. Lola’s Carriage house is a cozy, convenient spot. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved that we could park the car and get almost everywhere on two wheels. The bikes came with the carriage house. Great restaurants and coffee shops, all close by. For our last evening we ventured by car to Seaside, a must see community. Overall, we are so happy we chose Lola’s and Rosemary Beach. You will be too! P.S. Do bring some extra beach towels.

Great location and very clean

Working with the managing reality company was incredibly easy. Always answered any phone calls and questions immediately. A real pleasure to work with on this stay. The property was exceptionally clean. The closest pool is and the D beach access point is less than a 5 minute walk. We used the beach chair service as well. Also easy to setup and equipment always in place. Meet the owner, very nice gentleman. We’ll return for sure in the future.

Great Rosemary location, easy to book, great communication throughout. The corner street located carriage unit was the cleanest and everything worked perfect. While these units are relatively small, this one utilized every foot for great function and layout.

Lovely Stay

As the previous reviews state, the location of the property is perfect. You can easily walk to beach and pool from studio. The studio is nicely decorated and well kept. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and lunch. In the evening we jumped on the bikes and rode to the local restaurants. The only draw back was we like to watch tv to wind down at night and there is no tv in the bedroom area. Other than that everything was perfect!
