Smooth easy checkin. Host communicated regularly. Unit was ckean, spacious, and with incredible views. Weve stayed in same complex before. Always great easy access to beach and walking/biking pathway. Will definitely stay again this year.

Perfect family vacation

We loved our condo. It was perfect & had everything, very roomy, nice set up, perfect spot. Just missing an interior front door lock as the toddler could open the door & run out.

Comfortable and quiet

Condo has beautiful layout with bath and living room open to the beach with amazing view and rushing sounds of the ocean. Definitely worth the rate. Plan to stay again

Overall we really enjoyed the location of this rental. However the guest bathroom was small and the toilet needed constant fixing. There were not enough kitchen or bathroom linens for as many guest as it claims to hold.

Our Happy Place

Capistrano is perfectly located along 30a situated between the Hub and Alys beach. We’re repeat tenants at this complex and unit. It’s our happy place. We love the property, the small size, the cleanliness, the beach, and ease for vacationing. We ride our bikes all long the path to Rosemary Beach to Seagrove. Gorgeous! See you again next year!!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

This condo is roomy and beautifully appointed. The view is breathtaking. It even has a common area greenspace and deck for relaxing or for kids to run around in. It's newly renovated and everything is in pristine condition. The location on 30A is perfect and in close proximity to EVERYTHING. Customer service from property management was impeccable. Our family of four will be back soonest. Highly recommended.

Sister trip

The biggest problem we had was with the Internet, which did not work. They eventually brought over a hotspot box. A couple of plumbing issues were annoying, but one was fixed during our state. I’ve seen much cleaner units on trips to Florida. Overall, the apartment/condo was good and has a wonderful beach. The location was excellent for nearness to restaurants.

Vacation in May

The condo, location, ocean views, and property was good. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfy. The master bathroom is nice, but little counterspace due to the sink being oversized. We were in a middle unit, so we could hear the neighbors on both sides. This didn't really bother us too bad, it only happened a few times late into the night. The condo is right beside the beach walkway, so that was very convenient. A note for others is that it doesn't come with any bikes, and there is only one parking space provided, per unit. However, there is a few additional parking spots available, if you have a second car but it's on a first come basis. Overall, we were happy with this condo choice and will probably visit it again in the future.
