Blue Cove Retreat is a cozy private home in the heart of downtown Panama City, FL. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. There is a large private pool for your enjoyment. This home is located close to 2 boat ramps with access to the bay, Shell Island, and the Gulf of Mexico if you wish to bring a boat and go fishing.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. There is an oven/stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There is dining area seating for 6 to enjoy a homemade meal.

The cozy living room has seating for 6 with a Smart TV. There are some board games available in the living area and some books in the bookshelf. We welcome you to relax or play a family game to share some laughs and make some memories. We also provide an Alexa which is paired with our software to provide you area recommendations, information about the home, and the ability to play music and answer questions. This device can have the microphone disabled by pressing a mute button on the device.

The master bedroom has a new cozy queen size mattress with closet. There is a private bathroom with tub/shower.

The guest bedroom has a new cozy queen size mattress and a closet. There are 2 chairs should you choose to sit in peace and read a book or catch up on social media.

The 3rd room has 2 new twin size mattresses and a closet.

There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway which has a tub/shower combo.

Out back you'll enjoy the private pool with jet tub (NOT hot tub). There are some chairs out back to sit back and watch the kids or just catch some sunshine. The pool has a light for swimming at night. There is a chest with random pool toys for your use.

There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway and the gravel parking area beside the driveway. The gravel parking area is large enough to park a large center console boat for those that wish to bring a boat to go fishing or visiting our beautiful resource, Shell Island.

Downtown Panama City is different from Panama City Beach because the area is much quieter, family friendly, the restaurants aren't as busy, and are more unique. There is a wonderful brewery 2 miles away, as well as several bay front dining options within 4 miles.

*Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process provided with pre-arrival instructions for those reservations taking place between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
*Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
*No pets.
*No smoking.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
