Despite being on the edge of the gentrified section (Av. B between C. 11 and 12 Este), it is only a few short blocks from the main areas of Casco Viejo.
The apartments facing the street are labelled 1A, 2A, etc., while those at the back are 1B, 2B, etc. The spacious studio units have a full kitchen, shower, and bed. I find them the best value for the money at Casco Viejo.
However, as with everything at Casco Viejo, parking is a challenge. There is a dance club next door and another one across it, so it isn't quiet. Additionally, the neighbours at the back were partying until 7 am. The hosts provided earplugs, but it was still difficult to ignore the noise.
