The room was neglected for sure. It had NOT been cleaned. The sheets were dirty hand towel dirty and body towel dirty. The shower/tub was also dirty as well as the floors, clock, fridge/freezer handles. Do or animal hair everywhere and it smelled horrible I wanted to vomit. They could not change any rooms because it was fully booked but I didn’t put any of me belongings in the room since I had to leave immediately after check in. I just opened the door to ensure my key worked and noticed the horrible smell. When I came back I did not sleep well at all because of the filth I laid the cleanest towel down and had my personal hand towel which I used to put over the pillow and my personal blanket which I was fortunate to have! I would never stay here again and would like my money back. There was no one to help the next morning when I checked out and the sign stated to call a number to get help using the phone in the lobby but there was no phone in the lobby. Even another lady was there with her daughter checking out and she didn’t see the phone to call either. She left her key under the pull down gate at the desk and I did the same. This was a horrible experience. I would have slept in my car had it not been so cold and if I had a thicker blanket. I did go out at 1am to see if I could try but it was too cold.

Room was spotless. Brand new interior very nice bathroom. Quiet and safe great location. Only inconvenience is the staff is only available during normal business hours so don't lose your key or deactivate it by keeping to close to cell phone other then that fantastic spot highly recommend

I will not book here again; my bed sheets were nasty. hallway rinks of a bad smell. dogs continually barking. there is no smoking area for the smokers, so they were smoking in the entry doors. beds are extremely uncomfortable. you have to pay for fresh towels and housekeeping never came to my room to clean anything. front desk doesn't give out information in a timely manner. Everyone was complaining about this hotel that I talked to. No Thank you!

Nice, new, clean hotel however i chose the hotel because of the pet.policy that was posted online. It stated no fees of course for service dogs and only $5 for others. No deposit mentioned. At checkin i was told it was $15 per day and $50 pet deposit. Then was interrogated the next day by another person at the front desk like we were criminals. Will not be staying there again. Friendliness, courtesy and accuracy goes a long way.
