We will definitely be back! The condo was beautiful and clean, with very comfortable beds! The host was quick to reply when I had a question. Check-in instructions were emailed over before we arrived. The view was amazing. 5 star experience!

Summit 703 was excellent. The condo was very clean and looked just like the photos. We stayed for two weeks and had no problems. The host was great and we never needed to ask or send them anything through the whole stay. The beach view is great . There is plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to. We will definitely be staying there again. The beach set up is really nice because all you need to pack is your cooler and bag. Thanks for a great place for us to come to and visit. Your condo is very well stocked with everything you need. See you again soon. Jerry and Lori

The hosts were absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, and the view was beautiful. I especially loved the outdoor furniture, it made relaxing outside in the evening even more enjoyable. Absolutely loved that they provided two chairs and an umbrella. It made the experience so much more worthwhile.The master bed was incredibly cozy and honestly, some days I didn’t even want to get up! Before our trip, I reached out to ask if a fan was available for the bedroom, and they went out of their way to purchase one just for our stay, which I truly appreciated!Any time we had questions or concerns, the hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The view was spectacular! The bed ＆ pillows were comfortable too! Condo was the perfect size ＆ the place had all the right amenities such as 2 expansive heated pools, a tiki bar ＆ beautiful white sand beaches.Lots of restaurants to choose from and many things to do in the area. Pier Park was a fun place to shop ＆ find interesting stores ＆ eateries.

Beautiful Resort! Condo was clean and just as described. Great amenities and loved that the beach chairs were provided and we didn’t have to worry about carrying as much down to the beach!

Great place and location.

We had a great stay, the views are spectacular. Was disappointed we had to pay extra for parking. Every VRBO we’ve ever stayed in we got at least one parking spot.

Affordable Beachfront Location!

We had a great time staying at this beach condo. It was right on the beach and came with two reserved chairs, which was a huge bonus. The place itself is a great size for two people and we loved sitting on the balcony each morning to drink our coffee and listen to the ocean waves. For the price and location, you can't beat it!

Amazing place!!

I absolutely loved this property. it was so clean, right on the beach, plenty of towels, the beds were so comfy!! The property managers were so nice. I had a little trouble with check in and I called them for assistance and he picked up right away and helped me. We can’t wait to book a stay here again!

I was skeptical that the picture might have been photoshopped, but was completely surprised that the view was as good or better than the pictures. We had an awesome time on the beach and loved watching the sunsets from the balcony.

Great time!

Check in was easy, getting a parking pass and wrist band was super easy and fast. The condo was exactly as described if not better. The views were amazing and we enjoyed our staff. Don’t have any complaints, we plan to book another stay for this year.
