Great Stay!!

This house was perfect for our family holiday! Close to everything but so comfortable we didnt need to go anywhere. We actually spent most of our time here enjoying the pool and gameroom. Host was very accessible and the house was beautiful

Great house, pool, outdoor furniture, beach supplies & location! Super clean & well stocked kitchen with enough plates, glasses & silverware for everyone (7 people, aged 11 to 75). Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Quick Family Weekend

The house is exceptional! Everyone was comfortable and the beautiful bunk room was perfect for the kids. The boys loved their time in the pool! This property is stocked with all the beach and pool fun essentials, so you don’t need to pack yours! We had the best stay, will absolutely plan to go back!

The property was perfect for my family of 9, everyone had their own bed. I loved the whole house, the kitchen, the walk-in shower, the big sectional in the living room, big enough for everyone, and my grandsons loved the pool! And, it was all on 1 level!! I didn't like the cleaning ladies attitude... check in was at 3pm, we got there around 2:40 and was willing to wait in our cars, she came to the car to let us know that she wasn't done, we said that's fine, we'll wait, and she rolled her eyes at us and walked off. Oh well.

A paradise near the beach!

Heather was amazing to work with. Very quick to answer questions. The property is beautiful and had plenty of room! The pool was amazing! The property had everything you might need during your stay, from beach chairs to pool floats to game room. We found a place to gather as family year after year!

This was an amazing trip. The house was beautifully designed inside and outside, with a ton of fun and relaxing amenities for all ages. The host made sure to have so many toys and activities easily accessible. The kitchen was filled with everything you could possibly need and emaculate. The (heated) pool and outdoor grilling section was definitely a plus! There were plenty of rooms, linens, and towels for the group of us! The beds were extremely comfy and overall the house was very clean and orderly. Instructions for everything were very well laid out and communication with the host was very easy. Our 14 year old was able to have the best birthday ever at this house. Ten stars all day, we definitely plan on coming back!

Family Vacation

We set up this trip for our adult children, spouses and grandchildren to spend the week together. We had a great time and the house was just as advertised and accommodated us perfectly! Hosts were very easy to communicate with for check-in, check-out, aside from that we didn't need them because everything was as expected. When traveling to this area in the future we will book this property again!

The home was spacious and beautiful. The rooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes to make simple easy lunches. There were no dishwasher soap or trash bags and we had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels and each room only came with one roll. The pool area had not been cleaned up from the previous renters but the owner was quick to offer a credit for the inconvenience…..and after we got the pool cleaned up and the trash removed….the heated pool was a huge hit as we had 6 kids in our group. The big kids loved the blue lights in the pool for night swimming.The neighborhood was nice for bike riding and walks…..close to the beach and stores. Overall, besides lacking a few necessities that we had to purchase, and the initial cleaning up of the back yard……we loved our time together and would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Great Family Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials and some extras. Our kids loved the bunkroom and the game room. They have everything you need for a trip to the beach (coolers, chairs, towels, etc.) I really appreciated the high locks on all the outside doors to keep little ones safe. The host was excellent and very responsive! She gave lots of great recommendations! The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors very friendly. The house was very clean! There is lots to do in the town and at the house. I highly recommend staying here! It's definitely a place we would come back to!

Best vacation!

The location of the house was perfect! We rode the bikes provided to the beach to watch the sunset. It was also a quick drive in the car to the beach and parking was convenient. The rental came with beach chairs and a cooler so it was easy to get everything we needed for a day in the sun. The pool and hot tub at the house were clean and the whole backyard was beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was newly remodeled and spacious. The hosts answered all our questions quickly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and fun things to do. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Panama City! I am booking for next year now!

I was here on business - the location was ideal- the community and drive way worked great for our stay - we needed parking . The owner/ host needs to have their cleaning staff do better . The washing machine had severe mold , we were not left with paper towels or toilet paper or kitchen trash bags for our visit - items were broken or heavily used , we identified two dead roaches on the floor upon arrival - my husband lost his EarPods when he sat in the couch and in looking for our lost item I pulled the couch seats up to find trash , cans. The house needs an improved cleaning - and necessities for guests . I would not choose To stay here again - in all fairness I didn't send host any input as I was busy w event and driove straight home .

Beautiful home, fabulous host!

This property was as beautiful in person as in the photos. We came with our kids, parents, and our grandparents. It was the perfect home for everyone. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and game home. Adults loved how close we were to the beach and all of the amazing beach things available at the home! The tents, umbrellas, wagons, towels, bicycles, chairs, etc saved us so much space when packing. The host was so helpful and responsive. Before our visit she sent us recommendations of places to visit during our stay, we loved everything she recommended. We had to contact her once during our stay and she was so quick to respond and help us get things figured out. We cannot wait to come back!
