Welcome to THE BEACH IS CALLING at Laketown Wharf 1329!

Located on the 13th floor, this spacious, lake-view, condo (1,262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a lake view and direct balcony access with an en-suite containing a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. A washer and dryer is also in the condo.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. Great communication

Communication was very quick for anything we needed. Had an issue with the lock on the door when we first arrived but they resolved the issue quickly and we’re very responsive.

Family vacation

Facility is clean and safe. Condo was clean. Don’t expect any boogie boards or sand toys to be in the closet. Waiting on elevators is a nuisance. Make sure if you have somewhere to be to allow at least 30 minutes to get down the elevator. Took the stairs several times but it’s not really an option when you have several things to tote up and down when on the 13th floor. View of the lagoon was nice and enjoyed the fountain show.
