Beautiful and great location

We loved this condo. Beautifully decorated. Loved the wrap around balcony. Perfect walking distance to places we like to visit like Ms. Newby's. And they had extra fans in each room!

Birthday vacation to the beach

It was for my husband’s 68th and the staff had a gift for him waiting in the room when we got there. We’ve never had that at any place that we have stayed at. The place was clean and decorated beautifully but the beds were hard and we did not sleep well. The chair in the master bedroom was worn out, I went to set down in it and the right side went way down. The faucet in the kitchen is lose and needs be stabilized. Both showers are worn out. There was more water coming out of the faucet instead of the shower head, it needs to be replaced. If you are going to cook there are no lids for the skillets. Other than that the scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great Condo

We had 4 adults and had a great time. The views from the corner balconies as absolutely beautiful, very spacious and clean. Loved the in suite washer and dryer as well at the broom and dust pan to help keep a handle on all the sand. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here. Major downside is the elevators are so slow and 80% of the day very long lines to get on and randomly stopped working. They are also very hot which in turn kinda smelly from all the moisture trapped in there.

Family trip

We had a good time there was a few things that needs fixed first day there it was raining and the roof was leaking in the hallway my 6 year old son fell in it and hit his head that definitely needs to be repaired second as many people that stays there they really need to fix the elevators at one point there was only one working the wait was terrible another thing is the pools and hot tubs were supposed to stay open until 11 but closed early every night we was there they closed them a few hours early so that was no fun for the kids

This condo was very accommodating to our group. Very clean and spacious room. We loved the wrap around balcony, plenty of room for our large group. The condominium itself offers lots of this things to do throughout the day! The only downside is the elevators, only two running and the are very slow.

What you see on pics is what you get

Started off with a couple of small issues. Condo was clean annd spacious we really enjoyed. But Upon checking in the cleaning crew was still there for an hour so no we couldn’t check in on time which is 4pm. Also the pool wasn’t open as advertised until 11:00pm they closed it @7pm. Due to not so good of weather summit has an outdoor heated pool which omg was awesome but When checking in @5pm by the time you get settled then pool closes as soon as you get down there, definitely wasn’t cool at all. That was a very disappointment and I couldn’t wrap my mind around why? The security man stated because of lightning but that didn’t make sense (it was plenty enough light out there). To book the rooms is very expensive so every amenity that’s on the property should be available as stated time. That’s how people plan their trip and choose which property to stay at. However adjust these 2 things it would’ve been perfect.

Best Condo on the beach!

I loved staying here! We planned this trip for our daughters 5th birthday and she loved it so much! They even left my daughter a birthday gift and card on her birthday while we were out and about. I will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome beach trip & was perfect for my family of 4!

We stayed from July 25-30, 2023. It was a great vacay for us. The wrap around balcony & views are just fabulous! My favorite part is always sitting out on the balcony & having coffee & meals out there. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again. We loved staying here & all the resort amenities that came with the stay!

Water

It was a nice room. The water was not turned on when we checked in. We need how to turn on the water but then the water heater was not working. It took about a day and a half to get it fixed. Property manager did ask if they could make it up in anyway, I declined, it only affected our showers for a day. The entire building seemed to be under routine maintenance.

Great Room and Great Property Management Company

We always come down the week after Christmas and decided to get a bigger room this year so our kids could bring friends. It was well decorated and clean. We had one issue with a smell when we first checked in and the property management came out super quick and took care of the issue. The only other thing was the tv system was hard to figure out how to get to things and then the roku device seem to not work. Small issue but overall great great stay!

Convenient to attractions.

We were very pleased. Everything we wanted to go to (restaurants, bowling, skating, Walmart, bait store, and the pier) were within 3 miles of the hotel. There was a bungee jump across the road, and recreation water sports were rented at the water in front of the hotal. Our room even had complimentary umbrella and chairs......not all the rooms offer this. We would definitely go back.
