Very clean unit, view is amazing, outside furniture was very nice and in good shape. The only issue was that there was no shower soap in any of the bathrooms. I did reach out and was told it was an oversight and would come the next day to drop off soap. However, was only there for two days, so it didn't make sense. The check-in code didn't work, even though we got an email that we could check in by 3 pm. Customer service did work it out in the end, but it was cold and windy waiting for the code to work.

Sunrise Beach 1507 Sept.12-19, 2024

We’ve been to PCB several times and this was the second time at Sunrise Beach and by far the best. The condo is very tastefully decorated and is located close to some of our favorite restaurants. Pool grounds are excellent as we enjoy seeing the Gulf from the pool when not at the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great spacious beach vacation.

Amazing

Condo was beautiful with amazing views. We asked for an earlier check in time and was granted request at no additional cost! Condo looks better than pictured. Updates are great. Views absolutely breathtaking. The only problem I saw was the master bathroom had opened soap and tub was wet. Appeared not to have been cleaned, so we did not use. The parking garage is not gated as stated on website. However, pool police are out looking for armbands so don’t forget yours! We will come back to stay here at this condo.

Short comings

Air stopped working. Call they had me hunting for fuse box, ended up sending someone out to fix it. So many rules posted everywhere, made me scared i was going to accidentally break one and get fined, not very relaxing. Dish washer would flood the kitchen floor. Had 6 people staying and front bathroom toilet would not flush . Had to take the lid off because chain was cracked so it wouldn't flush. Not happy with what i paid to stay there.

Awesome

Really enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean, ready on time and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the Gulf and watched dolphins swim several days. Easy check in process, easy clean up. Laundry in the condo was amazing and helpful. Elevators were great as well, not much of a wait time. Pools were warm and guys working the beach were very polite and helpful with beach wagons to go up and down the stairs.

Nice home away from home

Everything was nice and clean with the condo. The elevators to the resort was the only problem. Overcrowded, always breaking down, and long waits. Otherwise everything was perfect to our liking. We will definitely come back to visit.

My family and I have stayed at Sunrise Beach for 4 years now. The rental properties are always clean, well equipped, and enjoyable. The location is great. I’d give out stay a 10/10. We’ll be back!! Thanks for a great time.

Nice Condo

We have vacationed for many years at PCB and this is the first time staying at Sunrise. Location is great, view is amazing and walking distance to pizza, donuts, ice cream and LOCAL STEAMERS ( best steamed seafood on the strip). The king size bed is very comfy and the master is on the beach side with a view. This place is more family friendly and much quieter at night than other condos in the area that we have stayed. Be AWARE of the strong riptide- several rescued but a few reported deaths is one too many. Stay out of water on double red flags!!!

Absolutely perfect

#1507 had it all! Everything you need to stay for a week . The condo is even more beautiful in person! We enjoyed the condo, the location is perfect the view is absolutely stunning! The Moes BBQ & bar right across the street was so cool and friendly! Little convince store across the street and more than enough souvenir shops. I can’t tell you how much fun we had. We literally have no complaints! They even have a vending machine on bottom floor for big bags of ice for $6. Walking out the back door onto the beach is a dream! We loved our condo and our stay. We are so grateful to the host and the friendly staff, #pcb23

The might be my favorite condo ever

I loved this property. The property was clean and not overly crowded and the beach chairs were perfect. The condo is decorated with such a light and airy feel - it was a breath of fresh air. We didn't need anything we didn't have. The ONLY negative I could think of was that the dryer took about three rounds to get a load actually dry, but we shouldn't be doing laundry on vacation any way! : ) I will be renting again!

Great getaway

We had a great stay. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Condo was clean and what was stated and pictured could've used a few extra wash cloths though. It is a larger complex so sometimes it took a bit to catch an elevator. But overall was a great stay!

The floors were dirty, the kitchen was dirty! Coffe grounds left in the coffee pot crumbs and debris left all over the floor! Remotes were in need off replacement because of cracks and the patio doors whistled!

Beautiful!

This was a great location, view was amazing! The unit had everything needed to cook with and the beds were comfy. We loved the amount of storage space for clothes and food as well as in the bathrooms. The only negative would be the floors were very dirty to walk on barefoot. Not just sand but actual dirt. I think if a good mop job was done in between guest stays it would solve the problem.We mostly wore socks or flip flops when inside because of this.

Annual Family Vaca

We had a very nice stay at the Sunrise Beach Condos. There was plenty of room, comfortable sleeping quarters, enough linens, blankets & towels, and little extras (blender, coffee maker, pitcher, etc). The only faults were: our SUV with travel top did not fit in the garage & the cable box did not work in the master. Maintenance was prompt to respond and diagnosis the problem, BUT they never did fix it. We have been coming to PCB for 20 years, and are still looking for our home away from home match.

Excellent location and fast elevators

Pros: This is a great property. The two pools and kid area is awesome. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Short walk to the beach, plenty of water hoses to spray the sand off. Nice smart tv’s throughout the condo which was really nice for our kids, we could log into Netflix and they watch their favorite shows. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Nice large balcony that we really enjoyed. Cons: the dryer is struggling. Took about 3x to get the clothes dry. The floors were really dirty. My toddlers feet stayed black. They need a good cleaning.

Great room!

Sunrise is always great, and 1507 was nicely furnished and clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and most importantly (in my opinion) had good, comfortable patio furniture!
