Sunny Daze...at the heart of Panama City Beach!! All you need is your swim suit and sun screen!! Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with garage in a gated community. Walking distance to beach(4/10 mile), shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and Shipwreck Island Water Park! We provide a fully furnished home including beach chairs and beach toys! Our home is spacious and nicely decorated. We have a covered front porch and rear patio sitting areas for relaxing after a great day at the beach. The gated community also has 2 pools and playground. Minimum rental age is 25.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sunny Daze. We would consider staying there again. The location was close to everything, and the community was safe and family-friendly. This was the perfect place for our family of 7. We were visting for a youth baseball tounament (we didn't do well) and we were close to the complex, close to public beach access, close to everything! All was very nice and well equipped. The mitattresses in the twin room will need to be updated before to long but still usable. Good location, nice and quiet. We will stay there again.
