Management was fine. Was not informed about extra parking passes. If you have more than two cars for a unit that sleeps 10-12, you have to pay a hefty price for another pass.Pictures displayed of the unit, photo shops a lot of blemishes. Some renovations have been done but not sure why they didn't do it thoroughly. Rusty hinges on dinged up doors in interior, door handle loose in master bedroom. Moldings and base boards are dirty and need paint. Filthy throw rugs and area rugs. AC doesn't keep up in the heat of the afternoon in living area, if curtains are open, and we stayed in mid October! The views are wonderful, though. Decent restaurant on site. Overall location is good.

Condo was a great choice for 8 people. Very clean, great pools, and short walks to restaurants and attractions. Would recommend to anyone needing a 3 bed/3 bath for a larger group!

Stunning views!

The views in this condo are amazing.. however you cant really enjoy them because the air conditioner cant keep up if you have just ONE of the curtains open. All the switches are tied to outlets and that was a little annoying at first but once you figured it out it was ok. There was a humidifier plugged in right in front of the back bedroom door entrance. Overall the condo was nice but was lacking cleanliness.. I am very OCD and clean though... but there was little dirt on the light switches and door frames had dirty fingerprints. Whoever got it after me didn't have to worry about any of that because I literally wiped most surfaces down! Only other issue we had was the sliding doors. They ALL need to be fixed, none work properly. We had to call one day because we couldn't get one closed (it was our first and only time opening that one). The pools were nice and beach access point is great.

1st time back to PCB in 20+years

I grew up going to PCB every year and wanted to bring my 8 year old to enjoy some of the same things! I wanted parking/beach convience with a pool, but also on the beach side….this unit was perfect for my wishlist! We parked right by the door and never waited on an elevator and only a few steps away from the beach- perfection!!!

We love Edgewater!

We always choose Edgewater. Perfect location and the unit met all of our needs for a long weekend at the beach. Our grandchildren love the lagoon pool and the karaoke and the adults love the drink shack and grabbing a pizza for lunch right by the pool. The personal communication with the owners was top notch!

Great Beachfront Condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and access to the beach was easy! The view from the balcony was stunning. The description in the listing was quite accurate - no surprises there. Communication with the management company was great; they were very responsive and provided detailed information that answered all our questions. This made the logistics of our stay very easy. My only criticism would be the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. The linens were all clean as were the bathrooms and all that, but it just looked like somebody forgot to run a vacuum through the place. I'm not talking about just sand either because we understand that sand is a part of beach life. I'm talking about food crumbs, etc. around the kitchen and dining area. Overall, though, the positives of this property and its location greatly outweighed this negative. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

GREAT condo and location

We have stayed at Edgewater several times over the years, but this condo is the BEST we have stayed in. Overall very good condition and the owners were very proactive and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Definitely will stay here again!

This place was wonderful for our family of 8! The views from the balcony were amazing and perfect, particularly at sunset. We found everything we needed in the unit, it was on the end of the building, so little foot traffic, and it allowed us all to have our own space while chilling at the beach. There were some items on the balcony that the weather has worn down, but we were able to manage just fine with what was there. Can't wait till next time!

Good trip but we will not stay at this condo unit in the future

We love the Edgewater Resort, but this unit needs a lot of attention for the amount of money that you pay to rent the unit. We we're assured the unit was "Covid Clean." Beds we're clean but not all of them were comfy. The rest of the unit was not clean. I cleaned it myself. There is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms and the 3 lamps in the inside bedroom did not work making the room very dark. The water pressure was very hard. One shower head was broken, so you always ended up with a good puddle of water in the floor. We had to contact the property manager about a broken toilet. They did come and fix it. When I voiced my opinion about the cleanliest of the unit, I was sent a generic email. I would not recommend this unit but definitely recommend the Edgewater Resort.

Always a great vacation

We've been staying in Panama City for 19 years now. We have stayed in many units in Edgewater over the years but this unit is our favorite. We have rented it multiple years now and it's always clean and updated. We love the location and the property management is awesome to deal with. We hope to stay in this unit again next year.

Some parts of the resort could have had more attention to cleaning. The locks on the balcony doors could use some attention. Overall, our stay at this resort was pretty good, and the views from the complete wall of windows, was awesome.

Very Deceiving

This place was way overpriced for what it was. The pictures DO NOT accurately show the unit! The ceiling is literally falling down, tons of cosmetic issues and the one bathroom, it’s air vent is literally covered in black mold. The large bathtub is kinda scary looking-can’t tell if it’s dirty or damaged. The showers have no pressure and water goes everywhere. Couldn’t lock sliding glass doors. Water at bottom of fridge when we arrived. The AC couldn’t go below 70. Description and photos are very deceptive. Very disappointed in this listing!

So So

The view of the beach with the many windows was amazing and the property management responded right away when we had a need. The resort was nice and we loved how nearly all of the pools were heated since it was a little chilly. The TVs with Rokus was great. The condo is okay but it is lacking in many details. With a little effort and not much money the condo could be greatly elevated and it would enhance the experience. Here are just a few examples: - the cleaning company does a very basic job and it appears it has been a long time since any detailed cleaning. The place was very dusty and appeared to only be wiped down if things were visually dirty. - opened food was left in the fridge from previous renters - the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced - it sagged in the middle - No booklet or info about the property / resort was provided except a one page sheet on the fridge. We found out later in the week there is an app for the resort that would have been helpful to learn about all amenities, etc… - multiple kitchen chairs were very loose and just needed to be tighted and a few were even missing bolts. - it needs to have the many marks / scratches on the ceiling and walls smoothed out and repainted. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way - especially on the baseboards (they were very very dirty) - two of the couches had plywood under the cushion so they were a little hard With a little extra work the condo could be elevated.
