Sterling Breeze 2Bd/3Ba w/Bunk Room / Near Pier Park /Sleeps 8

Located on the West end of the beach close to Pier Park is this wonderful Gulf front 2 bedroom, 3 bath with bunk room condominium. Walk into the foyer and just to the left is the bunk room with a set of bunk beds, a TV and dresser that is great for the kids. Just across from this room is what we like to call the 2nd Master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV and large, private bathroom that offers double vanity and a walk in shower. Just past this bedroom on the left is the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination and vanity. Straight down from the hall is the gulf views from kitchen, dining, living room and Master Suite. The kitchen that is fully stocked has beautiful granite counter tops, built in appliances and a serving bar. The living room offers a queen size pull out sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and views of the water and a large balcony with built in electric grill. Just off the living room is the gulf front Master suite with a king size bed, flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The master bath features granite counter tops, separated double vanities, walk in shower, large closet and tile flooring throughout. There is wireless internet provided for your stay. Property offers resort amenities including a swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, outdoor snack bar, fitness center and more. One stay at Sterling Breeze and it will keep you wanting to come back for more! This luxury property is ideally located on the beach and only a short walk from Pier Park towards the west end of Panama City Beach.

The property was good. Needs a little bit of tlc but overall perfect for our trip. We could never get tv's in bunk room and second bedroom to work. That is only complaint.

Nice stay but Condo needs work

Sterling Breeze 1104 has a nice layout and great view, but the condo needs a major update and general deep clean. The condo was only “surface clean” needs painting and furniture replaced in living room. Condo accommodates 8 people but only seating for 4 and the couch is probably 15 years old. Kitchen also needs to be completely re stocked, the microwave handle was broke and also didn’t have a turntable plate. The check in process was frustrating as we were told at 5:00pm the day of check in that they were missing one of our forms. We should have been notified before that they did not have something instead of waiting until then. Overall we still had a good trip, Sterling Breeze is a great place but until 1104 is updated I would definitely look at other options next time.
