This was my third time staying here. It’s simply my favorite place in Bid-a-Wee. The house is always meticulously maintained. The property owner is always sweet and easy to reach. I shall be back to my little peace of paradise next summer.

Lilli was absolutely wonderful to rent from! She kept me informed and updated ahead of check in and when gate codes changed, etc. The place was clean and gorgeous as described. Lilli shared her little slice of paradise with us! Lilli had supplies such as trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc already there, which previous rentals did not. That was wonderful! I absolutely recommend renting from Lilli!

Baseball family

We came for the grandslam world series and this was a perfect location between the two parks! Its located within walking distance of many food places and even a cute ice cream shop we walked to one night. On our time off between games we were able to go to the beach and its just a quick walk across to the private entrance. This place is very well stocked as well and even has a beach wagon and accessories. My son loved the outside shower too lol! Lillie was very easy to get a hold of and responded almost immediately to any questions. Overall we had a wonderful time at her place!

Softball World Series/family vacation

This house was perfect for us. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. Lillie thought of every detail, and even had some extra items available that you don’t see in every vacation home. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and also close to lots of shopping and great places to eat. Lillie was a wonderful host. She made lots of great restaurant and activity recommendations, and made herself available for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach.

A home away from home

Very nice, clean, newer appliances and TV. We had everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed like a bodyboard, beach chairs and a cart to cart everything to the beach. The host seems very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. It made us feel very cared for. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Super clean and cozy

My husband, 16 year old son, our fur baby and I stayed during spring break! The Flip Flop Inn was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance that were pet friendly. Lillie was great to work with very responsive when I couldn’t find the entry instructions in my email. We highly recommend this home away from home!

Amazing for a long weekend!

This property was absolutely perfect for me and there girl friends to stay in for a long weekend trip. The beach is super close, the house has every possible thing you could ever need (including things like stain remover which proved to be helpful) and all of the extra touches to make the vacation easy. The host was extremely helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect getaway

Good location. Close to the beach. This place provides everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels. A wagon to haul your stuff. The house is well equiped, having esentials that you often have to run and get. She even had popcorn, a few cans of food, a little coffee to get you started, shampoo, and cream rinse!! She was helpful and always responsive. I would definitely book with her again. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing little place!!!

Property was impressively clean and very nice.The walk to the beach was only a few minutes.You can walk to alot of stores and things to do.There were more than enough towels and washcloths for 4(and 3 females) lol..The chairs by the firepit were very enjoyable but bring your own wood as it was expensive everywhere we went.We will be back later in the summer.

The best time

We had the best time during our stay at Bid-a-Wee beach! It was only a short walk from the beach and had a private entrance which helped keep crowds minimal. Mrs. Lillie was a great host and the condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We’ll definitely be returning customers.

Beautiful house!

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more.
