Absolutely the best building in the condominium. You can watch your family having a great time in the pool from the sunny open deck.

We are excited to bring Our Sandcastle to you for creating memories. This home features living room with sleeper sofa, private bedroom with queen size bed, and loft bedroom (two twins) for the kiddos.

Our home is fully equipped with all of your immediate beach-day needs.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Sandcastle was great. Clean, easy to get around PCB, quick walk to the beach. Truly appreciated having some beach chairs in the condo. We would stay here again when we make it back to PCB. Thank you for sharing your place.

This was a perfect place to vacation. The beach wasn’t crowded at all because it was just small houses in the surrounding area. The pool area was also really nice and not crowded.

Lovely Condo With a Great Loft Space

My family really enjoyed this condo. Check in and out was super easy. It was our fourth stay in the same complex and this is probably the best condo we have stayed in there. My kids loved having their own separate beds in the loft space. We had plenty of room to move around in. The walk to the beach is quite short. The pool was warm and the kids had a great time using it. Given the opportunity we would likely stay here again in the future.

Best Beach Stay Ever

This property gives a laid back feel in a very busy beach town. The pool is quiet and the beach is beautiful. The property is very clean and modern. My little kids loved the upstairs loft. My teenager slept on the pull out sofa. It's really affordable and very close to St. Andrews State Park. I would stay here again!

Cute little place

We usually stay at the other end of the beach but wanted to try something different. We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of good food and shopping. The beach was very pretty with a great shell collecting spot just down the way. Swimming pool was clean and deck was nice to have coffee and drinks on.

Great location, great amenities. Would recommend reinforcement on the stairs railing. Missing screws in multiple location making the railing shake more than normal. Sturdy railing is need for the incline of the stairs. Otherwise great stay

Beach Getaway

I took my wife, daughter, and niece to the beach for a few days to relax. We stayed in a condo with quick and easy access to walk to the beach and pool. We had a few meals at the apartment and ate at local restaurants like Pineapple Willys, Hammerhead Freds, and I=HOP. We enjoyed the getaway. We cleaned the apartment, wrote in the memoir book supplied by the apartment owner and placed a shell in the vase requested by the owner, Thanks for a great family and personal time. The Walker's

Great location!!!

This place was great. Loved how low key and quiet the place looked. Loved the gated community and the pool was great and refreshing after being at the beach. The condo had a loft which was perfect for our older boys. We will definitely be staying here in future when we look at booking our next vacation.

Wonderful for families!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! We stayed for one week in June of 2022, and it was amazing! This is a great location, extremely close to the beach access-- closer than I anticipated-- literally 2 minutes from the door to the beach! This condo is in a very safe family friendly condo association. It's about 20-30 minutes from Pier Park Shopping center depending on traffic, and 4 minutes from St. Andrews state park. There are PLENTY of good restaurants near by (Dirty Dicks, Schooners, and Captain Jack's Buffet were some of our faves) The pool is clean and warm with plenty of room, and used exclusively by guests. Contrary to some of the reviews, this condo was very clean and in great condition- very updated. The couch and beds were very clean and comfy. This condo has everything you need to cook meals and function as a family. When we stayed, the guests who were there previously, left garbage bags, dish soap and various other useful things! It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but it did not phase our family of five. The stairs to the loft are floating stairs, and very narrow-- if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you. As a 5'6" 140# athletic female, I had to walk sideways up and down the steps. That being said, we felt very safe letting our kids (3,5, and 7) sleep up in the loft. We will 100% be staying here again, it was so comfortable and perfect for our family! If you are considering staying here, just do it! You will be glad you did!

Wonderful condo, GREAT host!

This was our second time staying here. Ms. Shepherd is an amazing host. Her communication is impeccable and if there are any issues with your stay she is available. The condo is nicely furnished and clean. Access to the beach is just a few steps away. The complex itself is maintained very well. Both our times in this condo are a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit PCB.

First after covid vacation

The apartment was nice. Accommodated us all but was a little scared to put the little 5 year old who gets up in the middle of the night up in the loft with steep stairs. Actually lets call it what it is a ladder really. I wish the pictures would have shown that part as well. It would help parents who have little kids. Over all place was clean, sofa has a tear in it and only one roll of toilet paper, but good stay.
