Check in for very fast and easy. We found in kitchen everything possible we needed. Including Baking mixer, blender, electric teapot and Keira coffee machine, and regular one. We were very satisfied. We cooked a lot and baked.It was great experience of a home away from home.

Our stay last time at Laketown Wharf was much better..

This is our 2nd time staying at this resort. We won’t be retuning. The elevators were a nightmare. Overloaded with college crowd from sunup to sundown-made it hard to sleep with all of the noise and weed smoking. Our condo was no clean, even though we waited until the 4pm check in for it to be ready. The family that we stayed with-their van was involved in a hit-run inside the parking garage! The dryer had major issues-in which we were told to dry only on timed drying setting-we still had to dry things at least 2 times with a load. Food crumbs under bed, couch, a sheet wadded up under the bunk beds, etc. Not much items there at all if you wanted to cook, etc. One shower curtain had mold on it, which they did come and replace. Beds were not comfy and dipped down in the middle in king bedroom with balcony. Not sure why they give you a code to gate at Pineapple Willy’s that says for Laketown Wharf guests, when it’s free-reign of any and everyone with unlocked gate at all hours. We definitely will be staying somewhere else next time. We came down for a baseball tournament, and I had recommended this place for our families, so it’s disappointing on our end!

Great place!

The description and photos of the property were spot on. Everything was in good working order and we had no issues. It was a little annoying to have to keep up with the wristbands and wear them all week, but security at the guard booth was mostly friendly. Elevators were fast, beach was a short walk away, parking was no problem and the Wharf is close to many restaurants and activities. Would stay again!

Great apartment!

This is a huge 3bd apartment with extended balcony. It is really clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located in the middle of south side of the building between 2 elevators and far enough from that stinky and noisy trash chutte which makes it perfectly quiet. Dealing with our host Valerie, i think her name was,..was right on the spot. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.
