Welcome to Resting Beach Face – a stunning seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom Gulf-front vacation rental in Panama City Beach, Florida that sleeps up to 26 guests. This luxurious three-story retreat offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and coastal charm, making it the ideal beach getaway for large groups.

When you step into the first floor of Resting Beach Face, you'll instantly know you are on vacation when you are greeted by the large gulf-facing windows and sliding glass doors of the main open living space, which also includes a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room with Smart TV. Step outside the main living space onto your very own private sundeck, where you'll find a refreshing private pool, ceramic grill and outdoor dining and lounge area. With private beach access, you are just steps away from sinking your toes into the sugar-white sands. Additionally, on the first floor, you will find a half bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Ascending to the second floor, you will find the home’s third, fourth and fifth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and adjacent full bathroom; the fourth bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom, the fifth bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom and access to the Gulf front second-floor balcony. Also on the second floor, you can enjoy a cozy den complete with a foosball table, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. While there were some nice features of the home, they were all overshadowed by a long list of amenities that were broken or not working. The main issue was that we had no hot water or toilet paper in all the bathrooms upon arrival. It took 21 hours to get hot water and we had to be available to give the vendor access to the house which disrupted our day. We paid an additional fee to have the pool heated, but it never worked. They did refund our money, but unfortunately the pool could not be heated as advertised. It was a very mediocre home for the price. We will not return or recommend the home.

This property is amazing! Much bigger than it looks in the photos and the photos still look pretty big! Definitely exceeded our expectations, so much room for a group, lots of beds, lots of common spaces, and it’s right on the beach! We are local, and have stayed at all sorts of locations for our family staycations and we will be booking this one from now on! Only critique is that the bottom floor sliding door lock seems to be broken, we had to have a very strong person hold it closed while someone else locked it, or else it wouldn’t latch, which is definitely not safe with littles in the house and a pool outside, hopefully the owner will fix this soon as it is a hazard for small children, but other than that the place is magnificent!

The pool was good for the kids but not big enough for us adults. We had no internet the entire week. This made it ruff due to some that still needed to work while on vacation. We had a light bulb in the ceiling go out in restroom mid week and I called 2x and no one came to replace it. We had to be very careful walking down to the beach due to nails sticking up. A ramp going down to the beach would be nice due to the older ones that have knee and back problems. I wouldn’t be able to rent this condo again due to the steps going down to the beach.

Some minor issues

None of the bathrooms have shelf’s for soap and shampoo. Holes in kitchen subfloor covered by flooring needs to be repaired properly. Deck needs to be screwed down, boards are curled up, trip hazard and accident waiting to happen. Dryers took forever to dry things, probably blocked vent. Otherwise there is enough room for all of us.

Big Family Vacation

23 of us enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room and the beach access was perfect. The littles enjoyed the pool too! The only downsides were a few weak spots in the kitchen floor, the washer/dryers were not working the best, and pool maintenance plus fire alarm inspection that was scheduled during out stay. Otherwise, we all had a great time!

The first thing we noticed when we arrived, was that the floors were not clean. You couldn’t walk around barefoot inside without your feet getting dirty underneath the display on the stove and oven was not working, so you really didn’t know if you actually turn the oven off after using it, which was very concerning. The dryer on the first floor did not work at all, so we all had to use the dryer on the second floor, which was also not working very great and did not heat up as it should have been. They only provide you with one garbage bag, and one kitchen towel so be prepared to go out and buy basic things that should be provided by the management company. There was also just one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so basically you need to go out and buy a lot supplies if you stay there.The house itself was decorated beautifully and was located right on the beach, which was very nice and convenient! Because of the inconveniences and how dirty the floors were, and the appliances not working, we probably won’t go back unfortunately.

Family Spring Break Vacation

From the time we walked in the door, it was Amazing. We only encountered one problem while there and the property owners handled the situation efficiently and accordingly. My family had an awesome time, home is located right on the beach which was very satisfying and convenient. Also the home is in the vicinity of almost all the stores and attractions. If I could give this home 10 stars I would. Would definitely stay again.
